Catchment lag time, defined as the elapsed time between the occurence of the centroids of the efective rainfall and the direct runoff hydrograph, has been estimated taking into account the recorded rainfall-runoff events and the empirical fonnulas for four catchments: Zagożdżonka, Gzówka and Skawa catchment (located in Poland), Bauna catchment (located in Germany). On the basis of analysis for every four catchments result, that to calculate lag time in ungauged catchments we can apply SCS equation, Nash equation and Kennedy and Watt aquation.
