Ocena termomodernizacji budynków mieszkalnych za pomocą termografii

W artykule przedstawiono użycie termografii do oceny przeprowadzonych zabiegów termomodernizacyjnych. Kontrole termowizyjne wykonano wewnątrz i na zewnątrz budynków, w większości zrealizowanych w technologii wielkopłytowej OWT. Wskazano najczęściej pojawiające się usterki i wady wykonawcze. Na podstawie analizy termogramów docieplonych ścian, stropodachów wentylowanych i wymienionych okien sporządzono profile rozkładu temperatury w miejscach występowania błędów Najczęściej stwierdzano brak docieplenia płyt wspornikowych balkonów. Zaobserwowano również nieprawidłowości dotyczące poprawnego docieplenia ościeży i podokienników oraz brak wypełnienia połączeń pomiędzy płytami termoizolacyjnymi, np. cokołu piwnic i ścian parteru. W większości przypadków błędy były spowodowane małą dbałością o jakość wykonywanych prac dociepleniowych oraz niedostateczną świadomością projektantów i audytorów dotyczącą dobrych praktyk inżynierskich.

The article presents the use of thermography to evaluate of the thermomodernization. Thermovision checks were performed inside and outside of the buildings. For the most part, these were buildings constructed using the OWT large panel technology. The article shows the most frequently occurring errors and building performance defects. There were shown the thermograms of insulated walls, ventilated roofs and changed windows. Based on the thermogram analysis, the diagrams of the temperature distribution were made in the most faulty places. The most frequently met defect was the lack of insulation in the cantilever balcony plates. There appeared also defects regarding the insulation of the jambs and window sills and the lack of filling in connections between the insulation boards, eg. basement plinth and ground floor walls. Mostly, they appeared due to inadequate quality care of the insulation work done, and inadequate awareness of designers or auditors due to the good engineering practices.

Ze względu na wyższe wymagania dotyczące ochrony cieplnej pomieszczeń ogrzewanych coraz powszechniej stosowanym rozwiązaniem jest izolowanie stropodachów stromych warstwami termoizolacji mocowanymi na krokwiach. W artykule omówiono budowę oraz zalecenia wykonawcze takich konstrukcji.

In view of more stringent requirements for thermal protection of heated rooms, an arrangement increasing in popularity is the insulation of steep flat roofs with layers of thermal insulation affixed to rafters. The paper discusses the design and execution recommendations for such structures.

W artykule opisano technologię izolacji termicznej stropodachów mocowanej na krokwiach jako alternatywę izolacji międzykrokwiowej. Zwrócono uwagę na konieczność zastosowania nowych metod mocowania podłoża pod pokrycia dachowe oraz właściwego doboru warstw stropodachu.

The article describes a flat roof thermal insulation technology in which the insulation is set directly on roof rafters as an alternative to the insulation used between the rafters. It also points out the necessity of using new methods of fixing the backing under the roof covering, as well as the proper selection of layers of the flat roof.
