Przedmiotem artykułu jest ocieplanie dachu i stropu. Autorka omawia rozwiązania najczęściej stosowane w starych budynkach. Analizuje wady stosowanych dawniej technologii, które porównuje z rozwiązaniami stosowanymi obecnie, takimi jak stropodachy wentylowane oraz dachy skośne, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem ociepleń połaci dachowych oraz wiatroizolacji. Pochyla się także nad zagadnieniami ocieplania stropów poddasza oraz termoizolacji dachów i stropodachów.

The subject of this article is roof and ceiling insulation. The author discusses the solutions most often used in old buildings. He analyses the shortcomings of the technologies used in the past and compares them with the solutions used today, such as ventilated flat roofs and pitched roofs, with particular emphasis on the insulation of roof slopes and wind insulation. He also deals with the issues of insulating attic ceilings and thermal insulation of roofs and flat roofs.

Przedmiotem artykułu są przykładowe zastosowania nowoczesnych materiałów termoizolacyjnych, z uwzględnieniem wymagań cieplno-wilgotnościowych mających obowiązywać od 1 stycznia 2021 roku. Autor dokonuje charakterystyki wybranych materiałów termoizolacyjnych przeznaczonych do ocieplania ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachów dwudzielnych i stropów nad poddaszami nieużytkowanymi, dachów drewnianych, przegród stykających się z gruntem (izolacja obwodowa), cokołów i podłóg oraz ociepleń wykonywanych z zastosowaniem materiałów termoizolacyjnych nowej generacji. Swoje wywody ilustruje przykładami obliczeniowymi, zestawieniami tabelarycznymi oraz infografikami.

The article presents examples of applications of modern thermal insulation materials, taking into account the heat and humidity requirements to come into force on January 1, 2021. The author presents the characteristics of the selected thermal insulation materials intended for thermal insulation of external walls, split roofs and ceilings above unused attics, wooden roofs, partitions in contact with the ground (perimeter insulation), plinths and floors, as well as insulation made with the use of new generation thermal insulation materials. He illustrates his arguments with computational examples, tables and infographics.

Zamieszczono schemat oceny cieplno- -wilgotnościowej stropodachów drewnianych oraz podano wynikiobliczeń wartości współczynnika przenikania ciepła U [W/(m²∙K)] rozwiązań z izolacją cieplną między i pod krokwiami oraz w systemie nadkrokwiowym.

The article presents the degrees of compliance of certain selected wooden flat roof solutions with thermal insulation requirements. It presents a model for heat and moisture assessment of wooden flat roofs, as well as the results of calculation of the heat transfer coefficient U [W/(m²∙K)], for solutions with thermal insulation between, under and above rafters.
