Trademark seems to be a benchmark of developed economy. A trademark is perceived as the sign to distinguish (the same or similar) type of produkct manufactured in different companies. The trademarks, non - material goods, attract customers and stimulate demand on a market. In today's world of symbols, trademarks evoke associations in a recipient's mind, which lead to individualization of the product and desire to buy it. Trademarks being the elements of mechanism of sale are one of the valuable assets of a company.
