The paper presents a comprehenswe set of requirements (defined as Małopolska Standards of Education - Training Services) for organizations engaged in training activities. These requirements have been developed at a request of the Voivodship Employment Service in Cracow and are currently used to evaluate and certify organizations cooperating with the office. They can also be useful for any organization that wishing to start or improve their educational or training activities.
