Szybki rozwój systemów informatycznych stosowanych w nowoczesnych przedsiębiorstwach wymaga wprowadzenia zmian w sposobie projektowania i działania obrabiarek. Koncepcja Przemysł 4.0 (niem. Industrie 4.0), zaprezentowana w roku 2011, wymaga pełnej integracji maszyn i urządzeń z systemami zarządzania produkcją. W związku z tą koncepcją pojawiła się również konieczność monitorowania stanu maszyn oraz realizowanych procesów. Konieczna jest również wymiana dużej ilości danych i ich udostępnianie innym aplikacjom i urządzeniom w ramach koncepcji Internet Rzeczy (ang. Internet of Things – IoT). Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia kluczowe zagadnienia integracji obrabiarek z systemami informatycznymi przedsiębiorstw w celu zwiększenia wydajności i elastyczności produkcji.

The rapid development of information systems used in modern enterprises require changes in the way the design and operation of machine tools. Industry 4.0 (Ger. Industrie 4.0) idea, presented in 2011, requires the full integration of machinery and equipment with production management systems. In connection with this concept came the need to monitor the status of machines and processes. It is also necessary exchange of large amounts of data and making them available to other applications and devices within the concept of Internet of Things - IoT. This article presents the key issues of the integration of machine tools with enterprise information systems in order to increase the efficiency and flexibility of production.
