W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z bezpieczną ewakuacją użytkowników hal pneumatycznych. Zaprezentowano scenariusze przykładowych prób in situ oraz komputerowych symulacji ewakuacji, a także wnioski dotyczące wpływu szerokości drzwi ewakuacyjnych na proces ewakuacji użytkowników hal.

The article presents issues related to the safe evacuation of users of air domes. The scenarios of exemplary in-situ tests and computer simulations of evacuation were presented. Moreover, conclusions were presented concerning the influence of the width of the emergency exit doors on the evacuation process of hall users.

Klęski humanitarne to nieodłączny element życia na Ziemi. Z powodu różnych katastrof, naturalnych i powodowanych przez człowieka, w których budynki ulegają zniszczeniu, mieszkańcy terenów zurbanizowanych zmuszeni są niejednokrotnie do zamieszkiwania w odległych od swych dotychczasowych domostw miejscach. Ideą projektu było przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-projektowych mających na celu opracowanie kontenera nowej generacji, który mógłby być multiplikowany w sposób wertykalny, przybierać różne funkcje, być budowany i rozbierany przez samych użytkowników, składać się w pewnych swych częściach z materiałów biodegradowalnych, w innych na tyle lekkich i wytrzymałych, by wykorzystać je wielokrotnie (zgodnie z ideą gospodarki obiegu zamkniętego - gospodarki cyrkularnej).

Humanitarian disasters are an integral part of life on Earth. Due to various disasters, natural and man-made, in which buildings are destroyed, residents of urban areas are often forced to live in locations far away from their existing homes. The intention of the authors was to conduct research and design work to develop a new generation container, that could be multiplied in a vertical way, take on different functions, be built and taken apart by its users, be composed of biodegradable materials in some parts, and in other parts be light and durable enough to be reused many times (in accordance with the idea of circular economy).

Research of the internal environment of the military camp buildings

One of the key tasks of this research work is to assess the carbon dioxide (CO₂) pollution in the resting areas of military camps under the current deployment conditions and to assess its impact on soldiers. In the process, the environmental impacts that affect the CO₂ concentration were researched in different rooms in different ways. In addition to the rest areas of a military camp, enumerating the major camp facilities that affect the “welfare” feeling of soldiers on foreign mission, we arrived at the kitchen complex and the work environment of the kitchen staff. One of the key parts of the camp kitchen complex is the food storage, where the raw materials needed for the supply are stored. Storage is very important in a crisis situation, when you have to be prepared to stay away from the homeland, to prevent any supply or procurement problems. A particularly important task in providing food raw materials is the so-called “Fresh” storage. The aim of the paper is to examine the changes in the CO₂ concentration of the camp storage room, which is of key importance in food supply, in the vegetable (fruit) storage places. By modeling at a measurement site set up in the laboratory of the host institution, we measure the CO₂ composition of the indoor air in the warehouse by placing various vegetables and fruits. The change of CO₂ concentration is examined separately for certain types of vegetables and fruits stored in closed storage rooms, taking into account the degree of effective storage capacity and determine the required fresh air value to ensure proper storage conditions. Finally, a mathematical model to simulate changes in storage conditions will be created, which offer help to plan of the military camp.

Przełomowe zmiany, które zaszły w polskich i europejskich miastach, wywołały potrzebę przeprowadzenia szybkich działań w istniejącej strukturze zurbanizowanej, podnoszących konkurencyjność jednostki osadniczej w skali globalnej i integrujących lokalne społeczności. Najbardziej wskazane na wielu obszarach miejskich byłoby przeprowadzenie procesu rewitalizacji, jednak łączy się to z licznymi analizami przestrzeni miejskiej, dużymi nakładami finansowymi oraz długotrwałymi procedurami administracyjnymi. Dlatego architekci i urbaniści coraz powszechniej inicjują tymczasowe zjawiska przestrzenne, które mogą być określone jako rewitalizacja tymczasowa. Tego typu akcje bardzo często dotyczą obszarów związanych z kulturą. Dla ich realizacji wznosi się obiekty tymczasowe lub wykorzystuje się istniejące, wymagające zmiany funkcji. Przykładem podejmowania cyklicznych działań tymczasowych w przestrzeni miejskiej jest festiwal w Edynburgu. Obserwacja sytuacji miasta, a szczególnie jego centralnych dzielnic oraz ich problemów, pozwoliła na wyodrębnienie korzyści płynących z organizacji festiwalu. Można do nich zaliczyć głównie zwiększenie konkurencyjności miasta w skali lokalnej i globalnej, nadanie nowej funkcji nieużywanym budowlom, zwiększenie ilości zachowań opcjonalnych i społecznych, a także zaspokojenie potrzeb przynależności i tożsamości ludności napływowej.

Groundbreaking changes, which have occurred in the Polish and European cities, led to the need for rapid actions in the existing urbanized structure. This activities should raise global importance of the municipality and integrate local communities. The most desirable in many urban areas, would be to initiate the process of revitalization, but it cannot be done without a number of analyzes of urban space, large financial outlays and long-term administrative procedures. Therefore, architects and planners increasingly initiate temporary actions, which can be defined as a temporary revitalization. Such actions often refer to areas related to culture. To implement that kind of activities, the creators of events rise temporary constructions or use existing buildings, which requires changes in their function. An example of making a temporary cyclical event in the urban space is the festival in Edinburgh. Monitoring the situation of the city, especially its central districts and their problems has allowed the isolation of the benefits of the organization of the festival. They include mainly the increasing competitiveness of the city in the local and global scale, new functions of unused buildings, increasing number of optional and social behavior and meeting the needs of identity of the immigrant population.

Kapacita medziskladu vyhoreného paliva (MSVP) v Jaslovských Bohuniciach je bola vyčerpaná. Preto bolo potrebné zvýšiť kapacitu zásobníkov paliva. Výmena zásobníkov s vyššou kapacitou mala za dôsledok zvýšenie zaťaženia a následné dosadnutie objektu. Numericky vypočítané sadnutia MKP boli porovnané s nameranými hodnotami.

Omówiono problematykę wykorzystania mostu składanego DMS-65 w usuwaniu zniszczeń w infrastrukturze komunikacyjnej, powstałych w wyniku klęsk żywiołowych lub innych kataklizmów. Przedstawiono propozycję poszerzenia jezdni mostu oraz nowych wariantów nawierzchni. Podano także przykłady praktycznego zastosowania mostów składanych jako obiektów tymczasowych.

The problems of using of the folding DMS-65 bridge to remove the damage in the transport infrastructure, caused by natural disasters or other catastrophes was discussed in the paper. A proposal of bridge deck widening and new variants of the bridge surface were introduced. The examples of practical application of the folded bridges as temporary transport objects was also given.
