W artykule porównano nośność ogniową blachownic stalowych o przekrojach klasy 4 obliczoną według normy PN-EN 1993-1-2 oraz projektu jej nowelizacji - prEN 1993-1-2. Oceniono również nagrzewanie blachownic według krzywej standardowej oraz na podstawie krzywej otrzymanej z modelu pożaru strefowego w programie OZone.

In this paper the fire resistance of steel plate girders with class 4 cross-sections calculated in accordance with the PN-EN 1993-1-2 standard and the prEN 1993-1-2 draft were compared. What is more, the steel plate girder heating according to the standard curve and the curve obtained from the zone fire model in the OZone program was also evaluated.

Publikacja drugiej generacji Eurokodów spodziewana jest do 2026 r. Uwzględnia ona najnowsze rezultaty badań i rozszerza zakres istniejącego pakietu norm. Modyfikacje dotyczą również normy EN 1993-1-2. W artykule przeanalizowano nośność słupów stalowych o przekrojach klasy 4 w warunkach pożaru według normy EN 1993-1-2 oraz projektu nowej wersji normy prEN 1993-1-2 w celu przedstawienia kluczowych zmian. W pracy porównano również nagrzewanie słupów wg krzywej standardowej oraz na podstawie krzywej otrzymanej z modelu pożaru strefowego w programie OZone.

The second generation of Eurocodes is expected to be published by 2026. It integrates new findings from research and extends existing suite scope. The evolution also concerns EN 1993-1-2 standard. In this paper the load-bearing capacity of steel columns with class 4 cross-sections in fire conditions was analysed based on the EN 1993-1-2 standard and the prEN 1993-1-2 draft to demonstrate key changes. Furthermore, the column heating according to the standard curve and the curve obtained from the zone fire model in the OZone program was also compared.

The aim of the article is presentation of guidance new International Standard ISO 9004:2009 "Managing for the sustained success of an organization. A quality management approach" (polish edition PN-EN ISO 9004:2010). In spite of the fact that organization's environment is complex, demanding and ever-changing it is possible to achieve a long-lasting success by consistently meeting the needs and expectations all interested parties, in a balanced way. It is difficult object which has to be supported by the effective and efficient management of the organization - basing on quality management principles (ISO 9000), learning, improvements or/and innovations. This approach is connected with risks management. Standard ISO 9004 promotes self-assessment as an important tool for the review of the maturity level in annex A. It can be useful to determine SWOT analyze.

Omówiono problem nowelizacji norm na cementy specjalne, zmierzającej do ich unifikacji z normami europejskimi. Podano klasyfikację i wymagania dla cementów specjalnych przyjęte w projekcie nowej normy PN-B-19707 "Cement. Cement specjalny. Skład, wymagania i ocena zgodności". Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na problem nowelizacji normy dla cementu o dużej odporności na siarczany HSR, w tym na nowe rodzaje cementów HSR z dodatkami mineralnymi: popiołu i żużla. Postępowanie normalizacyjne w tym zakresie jest w końcowym stadium realizacji. Podano klasyfikację i wymagania dla takich cementów i przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów odporności na siarczany cementów krajowych.

The problem of amendment of special cement standards, tending towards their unification with European standards is discussed. A classification and requirements for special cements accepted in the draft of new standard PN-B-19707 "Cement. Special cement. Composition, requirements and conformity evaluation" are given. A special attention is called to the problem of amendment of the standard for high sulphate resisting cement, in this to new types of HSR cements with mineral additions of ash and slag. The standardization procedure in this field is in final stage of realization. A classification and requirements for such cements are given and the results of sulphate resistance measurements of Polish cements are presented.
