The paper presents the properties of four types of ternary cements containing in its composition elevated amount of non-clinker main components (i.e. limestone (LL), granulated blast furnace slag (S) and siliceous fly ash (V)). These binders were tested for mechanical and physical properties (early and standard compressive strength, initial setting time and soundness).

Omówiono problem nowelizacji norm na cementy specjalne, zmierzającej do ich unifikacji z normami europejskimi. Podano klasyfikację i wymagania dla cementów specjalnych przyjęte w projekcie nowej normy PN-B-19707 "Cement. Cement specjalny. Skład, wymagania i ocena zgodności". Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na problem nowelizacji normy dla cementu o dużej odporności na siarczany HSR, w tym na nowe rodzaje cementów HSR z dodatkami mineralnymi: popiołu i żużla. Postępowanie normalizacyjne w tym zakresie jest w końcowym stadium realizacji. Podano klasyfikację i wymagania dla takich cementów i przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów odporności na siarczany cementów krajowych.

The problem of amendment of special cement standards, tending towards their unification with European standards is discussed. A classification and requirements for special cements accepted in the draft of new standard PN-B-19707 "Cement. Special cement. Composition, requirements and conformity evaluation" are given. A special attention is called to the problem of amendment of the standard for high sulphate resisting cement, in this to new types of HSR cements with mineral additions of ash and slag. The standardization procedure in this field is in final stage of realization. A classification and requirements for such cements are given and the results of sulphate resistance measurements of Polish cements are presented.
