The study deals with strategic management of organisations in conformity with quality management system requirements. The aim of the paper is to point out factors with impact on strategic performance of organisations, taking into account strategic concepts of its management. The implementation of a quality management system is a strategic decision that can improve the organization's overall performance. Results of the questionnaire survey focused on identification of industrial enterprises readiness to implement the ISO 9001:2015 are presented in the paper. Survey was also focused on strategic management of the organisations. The survey results recovered implemented strategic tools for performance management in industrial enterprises in the Slovak Republic. There is also described further continued research focussed on correlation between the factors impacting performance of organizations and strategic management tool s in conformity with quality management system.

W artykule przedstawiono proces dostosowywania normy ISO serii 9001 do zmieniającego się otoczenia. Opisano przebieg zmian w Systemie Zarządzania Jakością wdrożonym do stosowania w OBRUM sp. z o.o. Poddano również analizie zaktualizowaną normę ISO 9001: 2008. Przedstawiono szczegółowo zakres wprowadzonych zmian i różnice pomiędzy normą ISO 9001:2008, a znowelizowaną normą ISO 9001:2015-10.

The article presents the process of adapting the ISO 9001 standard to the changing environment. The course of changes in the Quality Management System implemented for use at OBRUM is described. The revised ISO 9001 standard has also been analyzed: 2008. The scope of introduced changes and differences between ISO 9001: 2008 and the revised ISO 9001:2015-10 are presented in detail.

Z uwagi na powszechne stosowanie we współczesnych przedsiębiorstwach technologii informatycznych w celu zbierania i przetwarzania danych w artykule skupiono się na przedstawieniu obszarów i korzyści stosowania jednego z narzędzi analitycznych wspomagających techniki audytowe – CAAT (Computer Assisted Audit Techniques). Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wykorzystanie technik CAAT podczas przeprowadzania audytów w procesie certyfikacji, a w konsekwencji - przy podejmowaniu decyzji o zgodności, wdrożonego w przedsiębiorstwie Systemu Zarządzania Jakością QMS, z wymaganiami normy ISO 9001:2015.

Due to the universal using of information technology in contemporary enterprises for data collection and processing, the paper focuses on presenting the areas and benefits of the one of the analytical tools supporting audit techniques -CAAT (Computer Assisted Audit Techniques). Particular attention has been pointed out to the use of CAAT techniques during carrying out audits in the certification process and, consequently, during making the decisions of the compliance, of the Quality Management System (QMS) with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
