In this article considered safety and reliability question on railway transport. In diagrams seen that too much failures depends on operator factor in train and maneuver work. That is why came an idea to make mathematical model, including operator factor. It means that in system can be two different failure types - "technical" and "man" factor. Using this model is possible to find out system with optimal parameters.

Preventive maintenance of vehicles in a fleet with redundant objects

A method of means of transport maintenance with a required reliability is presented in this article. Results are achieved by using redundancy of objects in a fleet together with making preventive replacement of objects on a base of statistical diagnosing. The acceptable level of a failure risk while executing transportation tasks has been taken as a criterion. AIgorithm for selecting elements for preventive replacement has been developed. It was shown that a level of a fleet reliability can be controlled by changing an order of a quantile function in coordination with a number of redundant objects. A computer simulation model was used as an example to illustrate derived dependencies.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę utrzymywania wymaganej niezawodności środków transportu. W tym celu zastosowano wymiany prewencyjne elementów na podstawie wyników diagnozowania statystycznego. Jako kryterium przyjęto dopuszczalne prawdopodobieństwo uszkodzenia pojazdu podczas realizowania zadania transportowego. Przedstawiono opracowany algorytm wyboru elementów do wymiany profilaktycznej. Wykazano współzależność niezawodności parku pojazdów o nadmiarowej strukturze niezawodnościowej, liczby nadmiarowych pojazdów oraz rzędu kwantyla pozostałego czasu do uszkodzenia. Do zilustrowania omawianych zależności wykorzystano komputerowy model symulacyjny parku pojazdów.
