W pracy przedstawiono stanowisko do pneumatycznego wdmuchiwania sproszkowanego grafitu do ciekłego metalu. Na podstawie uzyskanych doświadczeń i badań zaproponowano rozwiązania funkcjonalne urządzenia nadawczego, załadunku materiałów sypkich do podajnika komorowego oraz sposobu wprowadzania lanc.

The present research work shows the stand prepared for pneumatic injection of a powdered graphite into a liquid metal. On the ground of carried out tests and experiences a functional resolution of transmitting device were offered for the loose materials charging to the chamber-type feeder and ways of lances insertion. Foundry Department with Co-operation of POLKO have put into operation a several stands for the liquid metal recarburization in metallurgy furnaces in polish foundries for last years. On the ground of such experiences the stands resolutions were submitted. The criteria of selection of transmitting devices and ways of their operation were described. It was stated that the best resolution in this case is a chamber-type feeder for high-pressure pneumatic transportation for work in cycles. There were offered ways of powdered materials charging into the chamber-type feeder. A complete resolution of the stand for the liquid metal recarburization with applying the pneumatic method was presented.
