Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) include disability and persons with disabilities for example partially sighted or blind. Disability is referenced in multiple parts of the SDGs, specifically in the parts related to education, growth and employment, inequality, accessibility of human settlements and buildings. The paper presents selected technologies that support independent movement blind people inside huge buildings. The paper will refer to two SDGs: No 9 and No 11. There needs to be a future in which cities provide opportunities for all with access to basic services, housing, friendly public buildings, transportation and more, even to people with eye disabilities. This paper presents selected systems for finding objects or places, recognizing objects inside rooms and navigation inside buildings based on nonradio and wireless technologies. The following technologies and solutions were presented and compared: physical items, smartphone cameras, laser rangefinders, pedestrian dead-reckoning, intelligent lighting, Wi-Fi, BLE beacons, magnetic fields and barometric pressure sensors.

W pracy zaprezentowano przykład wykorzystania znaczników graficznych do nawigacji wewnątrz budynków. W tym celu krótko przedstawiono użyte znaczniki graficzne, a także czynności związane z nawigowaniem. Krótko zaprezentowano wybrane algorytmy nawigacji oraz wyliczono kilka wybranych projektów nawigacyjnych, w których zastosowano znaczniki różnego typu. Następnie opisano wykorzystywane w aplikacji technologie oraz wybrane elementy składowe tego oprogramowania. Kolejny rozdział to opis wybranego elementu implementacji aplikacji nawigacyjnej. Na koniec przedstawiono sposób użytkowania i testowanie utworzonego systemu nawigacji. Zamieszczono również podsumowanie.

In the paper there is presented an example of matrix barcode application for navigation inside buildings. For this purpose there are briefly presented matrix barcodes as well as activities related to navigation. There are shortly presented chosen navigation algorithms and calculated several navigation projects in which various types of markers have been applied. Next there are described technologies used in the application as well as selected elements of the software. The following chapter is a description of the chosen implementation of navigation application. Finally there is presented usage and testing of the created system of navigation together with a summary.
