W artykule przedstawiono metodę pomiarową oraz wyniki pomiarów napięć i prądów wałowych w silnikach górniczych z drążonym wałem wirnika. Badania przeprowadzono dla silnika indukcyjnego o mocy 300 kW i napięciu znamionowym 1000 V podczas rozruchu bezpośredniego i w stanie ustalonym. Pomiary wykonano przy zmianach napięcia zasilającego oraz dla różnych asymetrii tego napięcia. Ponadto przedstawiono charakterystyki określające wpływ średniej temperatury łożysk silnika i wartości napięć wałowych na wartość prądów łożyskowych oraz określono wpływ ilości rozruchów silnika na wartość tych prądów.

In the paper is presented a method for measurements and results of shaft voltages and currents measurements in the mining motors with hollowed rotor shaft. Investigations were performed for an induction motor of rated power 300 kW and rated voltage 1000 V. In the section [2] is described applied measurement method (fig. 2b) and are presented investigations results (fig. 1). Moreover was determined the influence of a supply voltage value (tab. 1) and different asymmetries of this voltage (tab. 2) on the bearing currents value. The equivalent diagram of the baring current path was also presented (fig. 2a). In the section [3] are presented and described characteristics determining the influence of motor bearings average temperature (fig. 3a) and shaft voltage values (fig. 3b) on the bearing current value. In the section [4] is presented the influence of motor start-ups amount on a bearing currents value (fig. 4) and a bearing resistance (tab. 3). In the section [5] are presented conclusions pointing on threats for bearing nodes of the motor.
