Polityka transportowa Unii Europejskiej dąży do zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania w transporcie morskim koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono koncepcję oceny, wg zaproponowanych kryteriów, rozwiązań technicznych napędów zasilanych paliwem węglowodorowym stosowanych dotychczas na jednostkach morskich oraz innowacyjnych i alternatywnych rozwiązań. Dokonano analizy przydatności alternatywnych napędów w trudnych warunkach morskich.

In this paper shows the concept of assessment, according to the proposed criteria, technical solutions-powered drives fuel stations previously used on seagoing vessels and innovative and alternative solutions. The paper presents the study on the effectiveness of ship propulsion devices based on model tests conducted in the open water experimental set up. The influence of the water depth to draft ratio and distance from the vertical tight wall on the hydrodynamic forces generated by the propellers on the ship hull was investigated. The interaction effects observed for the twin propeller ship in bollard pull condition were compared with the effects induced by single propeller vessels available in literature and discussed with respect to the mathematical modelling of hydrodynamic forces generated on the hull by ship propulsion devices.

The paper presents some problems of carrying out measurements of energetic characteristics and vessel's performance in the conditions of sea examinations. We present the influence of external and atmosphere conditions on the examination results and gas engine characteristics. We also discuss the manner of reducing the results of measurements to the standard conditions. We present the way of preparing propulsion characteristics and the way of its use in the exploitation on the basis of the marine gas turbine engine. The influence of surrounding conditions on the engine performance, the influence of weather conditions, in this the influence of the temperature of air intake, the influence of the change of pressure atmospheric, the influence of the change of the atmospheric humidity, the reduction of measured values for so called the standard-atmosphere , the verification of driving performances in operation , driving characterizations are presented in the paper. Moreover the character of changes of the efficiency and the compressor work versus the compression temperature, The influence of changes of the atmospheric humidity intake on performances of the turbine-engine, Essential values of research of the driving ship system, driving performances are represented.

Praca przedstawia problematykę przeprowadzania pomiarów energetycznych i osiągów okrętu w warunkach badań morskich. Przedstawiono wpływ warunków zewnętrznych w tym warunków atmosferycznych na wyniki pomiarów i charakterystyki silnika. Omówiono sposób sprowadzania wyników pomiarów do warunków porównawczych. Przedstawiono metodykę sporządzania charakterystyk napędowych oraz sposób ich wykorzystania w eksploatacji na przykładzie okrętowych turbinowych silników spalinowych. Wpływ warunków zewnętrznych na charakterystyki silnika, wpływ warunków atmosferycznych, w tym wpływ temperatury powietrz dolotowego, wpływ zmiany ciśnienia atmosferycznego, wpływ zmiany wilgotności powietrza, przeliczanie wartości zmierzonych do tzw. atmosfery wzorcowej, weryfikacja charakterystyk napędowych w eksploatacji, charakterystyki napędowe są prezentowane w artykule. Ponadto charakter zmian sprawności i pracy sprężarki w zależności od temperatury i sprężu, wpływ zmian wilgotności powietrza dolotowego na charakterystyki silnika turbinowego, wielkości charakteryzujące badania układu napędowego statku, Charakterystyki napędowe są zilustrowane

Praca przedstawia problematykę przeprowadzania pomiarów energetycznych i osiągów okrętu w warunkach badań morskich. Przedstawiono wpływ warunków zewnętrznych na zmianę charakterystyk oporowych kadłuba i śruby oraz na przykładzie turbinowego silnika spalinowego wpływ warunków atmosferycznych na wyniki pomiarów i charakterystyki silnika. Omówiono sposób sprowadzania wyników pomiarów do warunków porównawczych. Przedstawiono sposób sporządzania charakterystyk napędowych oraz analizę niepewności pomiarowej dla pomiaru momentu obrotowego.

We also discuss the manner of reducing the results of measurements to the standard conditions. We present the way of preparing propulsion characteristics and the analysis of examination uncertainty for the measurement of torque.
