Multi-criterial evaluation of electronic payment system variants and evaluation of results of an empirical research focused on an electronic payment system

While choosing an electronic payment system intended for an immediate communication of a user (passenger) with an electronic terminal of a service provider (carrier), it is necessary to respect system parameters of presented technologies (NFC, EMV, and ABT). The methodology of choosing an electronic payment system within public transport may be divided into three steps as follows: • outlining criteria for variants evaluation, • multi-criterial evaluation of variants, and • evaluation of empirical research results. The presented article introduces more results of the research within VEGA project solving. Specifically, the article presents results of the multi-criterial expert decisionmaking problem using the WSA (Weighted Sum Approach) method and the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. At the end of the article, there are presented results of empirical research studies focused on an electronic payment system used in public passenger transport. The empirical research studies were realized in the Slovak Republic in 2014, 2016, and 2018.

Daylighting in sustainable interior design of offices

The paper presents issues concerning realization of paradigm of sustainable design in the achitectural design of offices. Special attention is given to relevant technical, formal and functional solutions, being the domain of interior architects creating the built environments of adequate indoor quality with substantial reduction of negative impact on natural environment. Presented sustainable architectural interiors, completed in the last decade, have gained cerificates established by independent scientific institutions, assuring their accordance with exigencies of rating systems. The paper analyzes the formal methods of proper space planning, which assure high indoor environment quality parameters for the end users of office interiors in terms of optimum daylighyting of workstations and recreational areas as well as workers’ visual contact with natural valuable surroundings. These requirements can be satisfactorily met by properly shaped inner space elements including partitions, ceilings, space-dividing structures as well as rational and effective use of finishing and building materials. Technical and technological devices incorporated into the inner space mentioned in the paper are supposed to be essential complement of these design methods assuring proper daylight transmission and distribution in workspaces. Discussed examples indicate the necessity of collaboration of interior architects with other professionals and consultants (i.e. green building accredited consultants), whose design contributions should be accepted and respected. Integrated interior design process assured fulfilment of imperatives for sustainable architectural design of interiors.

Artykuł prezentuje zagadnienia dotyczące zrównoważonego projektowania architektonicznego wnętrz biurowych, z uwzględnieniem środków technicznych, rozwiązań materiałowych i formalnych pozostających w dyspozycji projektanta wnętrz, służących kształtowaniu wysokiej jakości środowiska zbudowanego z równoczesną minimalizacją negatywnego oddziaływania na środowisko naturalne. Przykładowe rozwiązania zrównoważonych wnętrz architektonicznych biurowych przywołane w tekście to zrealizowane w ostatniej dekadzie obiekty, które uzyskały certyfikaty zgodności kryterialnej z wymaganiami zrównoważonego projektowania. W artykule analizie poddane zostały metody pozwalające na zapewnienie użytkownikom wysokich parametrów jakościowych środowiska zamkniętego w zakresie optymalnego oświetlenia światłem naturalnym stanowisk pracy i przestrzeni rekreacji, komfortu uzyskanego przez zapewnienie kontaktu wzrokowego użytkowników z wartościowym środowiskiem zewnętrznym. Właściwy podział wewnętrzny, organizacja przestrzenna, prawidłowe ukształtowanie przegród wewnętrznych i elementów wykończenia oraz struktur przestrzennych rozdzielających strefy funkcjonalne, dobor właściwych materiałów budowlanych w dużym stopniu zapewniają spełnienie tych wymagań. Techniczne i technologiczne rozwiązania, opisane w tekście, stanowią istotne uzupełnienie tych metod sprzyjając właściwej dystrybucji światła naturalnego we wnętrzach biurowych. Omawiane przykłady wskazują na konieczność współpracy architekta wnętrz z pozostałymi specjalistami i uwzględnienia we wnętrzu rozwiązań wskazanych w pozostałych projektach branżowych. Zintegrowany proces projektowania wnętrz jest warunkiem spełnienia postulatu zrównoważonego projektowania architektonicznego.

W artykule omówiono budowę i skład materiałów z rodziny kompozytów eutektycznych opracowanych na bazie układu poczwórnego Fe-Mn-C-B stopowanych pierwiastkami: Si, Ni, Cr. Zaprezentowano ocenę wielokryterialną wyboru materiału o największej odporności na zużycie ścierne w różnych warunkach tarcia i z różnymi przeciwpróbkami. Przeprowadzonej ocenie poddano opracowane materiały rodziny PMI 9 ... PMI 15 oraz materiały porównawcze układu Ni-Cr-B-Si (PG-SR3 i PG-10N-01) znane od wielu lat na rynku światowym.

The structure and composition of the eutectic composites family materials prepared on the basis of the four-element system of Fe-Mn-C-B alloyed with the elements Si, Ni and Cr are discussed. A multicriterial evaluation of the choice of material with the greatest resistance to friction wear in different friction conditions and with different countersamples is presented. Materials of the PMI 9 ... PMI 15 family, as well as comparative materials of the system Ni-Cr-B-Si (PG-SR3 and PG-10N-01), known for many years in world markets, were prepared and tested.

W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienia związane z wielokryterialną oceną dopuszczalności wariantów planu generowanych w odpowiedzi na wystąpienie zakłócenia podczas projektu techniczno-organizacyjnego. Dopuszczalne warianty planu poddawane są ocenie eksperckiej, która z metodą opartą na zastosowaniu logiki rozmytej pozwala uzyskać optymalny rezultat w świetle przyjętych kryteriów.

The article discusses some procedural issues relating to a multicriterial evaluation for the selection of a better variant in the planning of technical and organizational project realization. The multicriterial evaluation based on the criteria proposed by experts or decision-makers in the planning phase, during which it is critical to document the tasks to be completed in a project shedule. In this contribution are two main problems stressed: (1) the treatment of basic information used for evaluating variants of plan as regards criteria: and (2) the creation fuzzy logic membership functions that define the meaning (values) of input/output terms used in the evaluation.
