W pracy przedstawiono nowe podejście do problemu projektowania i analiz inżynierskich układów mechanicznych z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technik komputerowych CAD/CAE. Zaproponowana metodologia pozwala na budowanie przestrzennych modeli łańcuchów wymiarowych, które można wykorzystać do projektowania i analiz: konstrukcji mechanicznych, przestrzennych mechanizmów maszyn, układów pomiarowych, technologicznych układów obróbkowych OUPN oraz układów montażowych. W pracy przedstawiono przykładowe wyniki badań symulacyjnych pokazane na wykresach.

The paper presents a new approach to the issue of design and engineering analysis of mechanical systems using modern computer technology CAD/CAE. The proposed methodology allows building three-dimensional models of dimension chains that can be used for the design and analysis of: mechanical constructions, spatial mecha-nisms, machines, measuring systems, technological machining systems, and mounting systems. Modeling of the spatial dimension string is shown on the example of a mounting system used to connect parts with rotating surfaces of a roller-sleeve. Very important tasks of this work were: verification of the compatibility of the virtual model of a spatial dimension string with its mathemat-ical model written in the form of a matrix, the analysis of the spatial dimension string, the development of parametric models of parts and assemblies. For modeling and analysis of a virtual mounting system with a spatial dimensional chain there was used the SolidWorks software for Computer Aided Design CAD. For kinematic analysis there was also used the SolidWorks Motion. Examples of simulation results illustrating the change in misalignment of combined parts in the mounting process are shown in the graphs.
