The monitoring of the temperature makes possible the introduced to exploitation system VALCAP of the NKT Cables company. The system measures the temperature along the conductor with the regard external temperature (only for overhead lines). The paper presents the applied in the practice method of the analysis of the acceptable load of cable or the conductor of the overhead line in dependence from stepping out external conditions.

Celem przeprowadzonych badań była ocena działania systemu monitorującego temperaturę w pomieszczeniach produkcyjnych w zależności od okresu wykonania pomiaru. Badanie ciągłości łańcucha chłodniczego w warunkach przemysłowych wykonano w 2007 roku w zakładzie drobiarskim położonym na terenie Warmii i Mazur na podstawie monitoringu temperatury. Materiał do analizy stanowiły wyniki pomiaru temperatury zarejestrowane w 14 pomieszczeniach zakładu drobiarskiego za pomocą rejestratora temperatury. Kontrola temperatury obejmowała pomiary z jednego tygodnia w miesiącach: lipiec, sierpień i wrzesień, w pełnym cyklu pracy. Rejestracja temperatury odbywała się automatycznie przez całą dobę, co 30 minut, a następnie była przekazywana oraz zapisywana w programie komputerowym. Uzyskane pomiary temperatury porównano z normami, rozporządzeniami MRiRW oraz wymogami systemu ISO 9000 i HACCP dotyczącymi kontroli zagrożeń wynikających ze zmian temperatury w cyklu produkcyjnym. Przeprowadzona analiza monitoringu temperatury wykazała, że okres wykonania pomiaru miał istotny wpływ na jej zakres w badanych pomieszczeniach, a odnotowane temperatury były zgodne z wymaganiami technologicznymi zakładu, normami i rozporządzeniami lub tylko nieznacznie się różniły.

The aim of the conducted research was to evaluate the operation of the temperature monitoring system in the premise of a production plant depending on the period of taking the measurements. The research of the continuity of cooling chain in the industrial conditions was conducted in the year 2007 at the poultry plant situated in the Warmia and Mazury region and was based on the temperature monitoring. The material to be analyzed included the results of the temperature registered in 14 premise of the poultry plant using the temperature recorder. The temperature control consisted of the measurements taken for one week in the following months: July, August and September at a full work course. The temperature was measured automatically every thirty minutes round the clock, and then transferred to and recorded by computer system. The obtained results of the temperature measurements were compared to the standards, regulations of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development as well as the requirements of ISO 9000 and HACCP systems concerning the supervision of threats resulting from the changes in temperature during the processing course. The conducted analysis of the temperature control proved that the period of conducting the measurement had a significant influence on the scope of temperature in the cooling premise under the research, and the recorded temperatures followed the technological requirements of the plant, standards and regulations or just differed slightly.
