W pracy przedstawiono metodykę oraz wyniki badań rozmieszczenia preparatu mikrobiologicznego Inoculant 1155 w belach wilgotnego siana zbieranego prasą zwijającą. Celem badań była analiza nierównomierności rozmieszczenia granulowanego preparatu Inoculant 1155 w belach wilgotnego siana zbieranego prasą zwijającą. Preparat dodawano przy użyciu aplikatora nabudowanego na prasie. Największą ilość preparatu stwierdzono w środkowej części beli. W trakcie przechowywania bel siana zaobserwowano poprawę wskaźnika nierównomierności rozmieszczenia preparatu. Zaobserwowano, że namnażanie się bakterii zmniejsza nierównomierność rozmieszczenia preparatu. W trakcie badań dokonywano także pomiarów temperatury zebranej paszy.

The paper presents methodology as well as the results of studies regarding the distribution of Inoculant 1155 microbiological preparation in moist hay bales. The purpose of the study was to analyse the non - uniformity of distribution of Inoculant 1155 granulated preparation in moist hay bales harvested with a round baler. The preparation was being added by means of an applicator mounted to the baler. The greatest amount of the preparation was found in the central part of a bale. During storage of hay bales, an improvement of irregularity index of preparation distribution was observed. It was also noticed that the reproduction of bacteria reduces the non-uniformity of preparation distribution. The temperature of harvested feed was measured in the course of research.

This article shows the results of studies regarding the distribution of microbiological additive Inoculant 1155 in bales of moist hay formed in round baler. Its greatest amount was observed in the central part of a bale. An improvement of the irregularity index was observed during storage. The reproduction of bacteria reduces the negative effects of errors while applying the preparation. The applied technology assures obtainment of the good quality of the fodder from moist hay without energetistic stocks on his drying.
