The article presents the modular set of apparatus for testing the stability, rigidity and safety of fire engines, fire ladders, lifts and other special vehicles with devices intended for work at height. The system allows testing the vehicles subjected to the side tilt and static and dynamic loads characteristic for the rescue and fire actions at heights. The structure of the system includes distributed actuation modules, control modules, and measurement modules adapted for individual operation as well as for combined operation. The applied communication protocols, control algorithms, specialised programming environment and wireless communication system between modules allow for flexible configuration of this system for the testing with free arrangement of function and space adapted for the tested object and the type of performed tests.

The article presents the concept of building the position of machining stand using typical actuator. It is based on a turntable with four slots. Teams collaborated tray gravity, cutting device, the module checks the quality of performance and storage of finished components. The position of a pneumatic drive, is controlled by PLC. The assembly drawing position and working drawings of the basic modules are presented.
