W pracy przedstawiono budownictwo modułowe - technologię zyskującą na popularności jako odpowiedź na współczesne wyzwania takie jak: pandemia Covid-19, wojna na Ukrainie, migracje ludności, relokacje wojsk, katastrofy naturalne czy deficyty mieszkaniowe na europejskich rynkach. Dokonano przeglądu rozwiązań modułowych dostępnych na rynku, jak również przedstawiono przykłady zastosowań technologii modułowej. Ponadto opisano wady i zalety współczesnego budownictwa modułowego oraz określono możliwe kierunki jego rozwoju.

The paper presents modular construction - a technology that is gaining popularity as a response to modern challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, population migrations, military relocations, natural disasters or housing deficits on European markets. A review of modular solutions available on the market was made, as well as examples of the use of modular technology were presented. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of modern modular construction were described and the possible directions of its development were determined.

W artykule podjęto próbę uporządkowania terminologii związanej z cieszącym się coraz większym zainteresowaniem budownictwem modułowym oraz wskazanie potencjału stosowania obiektów modułowych w praktyce. Omówiono charakterystykę techniczną budownictwa modułowego. Przedstawione przykłady pokazują zrealizowane w Polsce w ostatnich latach obiekty użyteczności publicznej oraz jednorodzinne.

The article attempts to organize the terminology related to the increasingly popular modular construction and to indicate the potential of using modular objects in practice. Technical characteristics of modular construction are discussed. The presented examples show public and single-family buildings constructed in Poland in recent years.

W ramach projektu pt. „Podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności gospodarki poprzez realizację przedsięwzięć badawczych w trybie innowacyjnych zamówień publicznych w celu wsparcia realizacji strategii Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu” Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju realizuje m.in. przedsięwzięcie „Budownictwo efektywne energetycznie i procesowo”. Jego celem jest opracowanie innowacyjnych technologii budownictwa prefabrykowanego (2D) lub modułowego (3D), które pozwolą szybciej wznosić budynki, zmniejszyć koszty budowy i eksploatacji, osiągać możliwie najlepszy bilans energetyczny, oszczędzać wodę w obiegu zamkniętym w budynku, ograniczać emisję CO2 w procesach produkcyjnych, ograniczać powstawanie odpadów budowlanych. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pierwszego z trzech etapów przedsięwzięcia, który zakończył się powstaniem prototypów małych obiektów w technologiach prefabrykowanych i modułowych.

As part of the project entitled “Raising the level of innovativeness of the economy through the implementation of research projects in the mode of innovative public procurement to support the implementation of the European Green Deal strategy” the National Center for Research and Development implements, among others, the project “Energy and process-efficient construction”. The aim of this project is to develop innovative technologies for prefabricated (2D) or modular (3D) construction, which will allow buildings to be erected faster, reduce construction and operation costs, achieve the best possible energy balance, save water in a closed circuit in the building, and reduce CO2 emissions in production processes, reduce the formation of construction waste. The article presents the results of the first of the three stages of the project, which ended with the creation of prototypes of small facilities in prefabricated and modular technologies.

In this paper, we deal with the methodology for application of the theory and methods of the tabular technology of modular information processing on the basis of modern computing machinery. The use of the minimal redundant modular number system and the interval-modular form of representation of an integer number determined by its modular code creates the computer-arithmetical basis of a methodology under consideration. The main advantage of the offered methodology consists inincrease of the computation speed and accuracy at the organization of high-precision arithmetic processing of multidigit data by means of universal processors on the basis of minimal redundant modular encoding method.

There's carried out the comparison of fretting resistance of electrolytic coats with rheological constants values, corresponding to equal homological temperature. As a friction resistance criterion the quantity of fretting cycles, including unit depth wear served. Investigation results show, that there's apparent the close to linear dependence of fretting-resistance on rheological constant value: the more material prones to microcreep, the higher its fretting-wear resistance is. It's investigated dependence of local adhesion wear on steel 40X limit of elasticity in various structure states, reached after thermal treatment. There's shown the influence of hardened steel temper temperature and friction load conditions on structure-dislocation and magnetomechanical mechanisms, and also on internal friction.
