W artykule przedstawiono metodologię opracowywania parametrów modeli rozłącznych połączeń punktowych na przykładzie połączenia przetłaczanego. Przedstawiono wyniki badań połączeń klinczowych stali wysokowytrzymałej DP600 o grubości 1,2 mm.

This paper presents a methodology of the parameters estimation of spot, separable connection on the basis of clinch joint. The design of the testing device, used to examine connections at the various configuration of normal and shear force magnitude, was presented. The manufacturing technology and the shape of the specimens were also presented. The calculations of screw strength and minimum tightening torque, preventing the specimens from slipping out during the experiments, were done. The clinch connections made of high strength steel DP600 1.2 mm were manufactured. The experiment results and estimated joint parameters were presented. The present paper also contains an extensive analysis of literature on the subject.
