The article presents the use of computer simulation Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modeling of resistance to explosion and puncture transport containers. An increasing number of containers transported by sea, air or land creates more security problems and new transport and logistics containers [1] . Concealed and transported, even according to the law, for instance within the framework of humanitarian action, in individual containers, container ships or convoys on their dangerous goods logistics distribution inland or abroad can be a convenient place for carrying out the easy to predict terrorist threat scenario. Does not meet the tests of resistance to the outbreak of containers and their protective capacity. The study was carried out computer simulation for a single explosion of the container as well as the loading of the example. Scale indicated in a container and impact loads destruction zone 1 - 100 kg of TNT. Analysis of resistance of container to the outbreak appears to be justified mainly to raise awareness about the dangers and effective protection against them in logistics.
