Celem niniejszego artykułu jest usystematyzowanie założeń do projektowania systemu informatycznego, przeznaczonego do zarządzania procesami biznesowymi, występującymi w ramach przedsięwzięć realizujących szkolenia, w tym te prowadzone w trybie e-learningowym. Zakłada się, że wykonane przez autorów przedprojektowe, konceptualne modelowanie procesów biznesowych i czynności niezbędnych w zakresie organizacji, prowadzenia i rozliczania szkoleń, dostarczy projektantom zweryfikowanej wiedzy domenowej i poprzez to zwiększy jakość projektowanego systemu informatycznego, wspomagającego funkcjonowanie firmy świadczącej usługi szkoleniowe.

The purpose of this article is standardisation of the assumptions for the design of an IT system intended for managing business processes present within the framework of training implementation undertakings, including those carried out in the e-learning mode. It is assumed that the pre-project, conceptual modelling of business processes and operations necessary for the organization, running and settlement of training, developed by the authors, shall provide the designers with the revised domain knowledge and by this it will increase the quality of the proposed IT system supporting the functioning of a company providing training services.

The notion of the Semantic Web has become an oft alluded to concept in the context of many introductory texts since Tim Berners-Lee tried to develop a new extension of the actual WWW. The Semantic Web, to be understood by everyone and to be easy to use needs a well defined model. An attempt to make the conceptual model of SW system cannot be considered to be complete after just specifying the structure and behaviour of the Web. It is also necessary to specify how end users will interact with the resources available on Internet. The problems, the solutions and the architecture of the Semantic Web will be explained in the first part of this research. The next section presents ontologies and their role in the creation of the Semantic Web, how they are created and used as a specification of a conceptualization (Tom Gruber).

Pojęcie Sieci semantycznej stało się często używanym zagadnieniem w kontekście wielu wstępów artykułów od momentu gdy Tim Berners-Lee stworzył nowe rozszerzenie rzeczywistej www. Sieć semantyczna, aby była zrozumiana przez każdego i łatwa w obsłudze, musi mieć bardzo dobrze opracowany model. Próbujemy stworzyć model konsceptualny systemu SW (semantic web). Nie można jednak uznać prac za skończone jedynie określając strukturę oraz działanie sieci. Bradzo istotnym aspektem jest sprecyzowanie w jaki sposób użytkownicy będą nawiązywać interakcję z zasobami dostępnymi w Internecie. Problemy, rozwiąznia i architektura sieci semantycznej zostanie omówiona w części pierwszej tego badania. Kolejna część prezentuje ontologie i ich role w tworzeniu sieci semantycznej, jak są one tworzone i wykorzystywane jako opis szczegółowy konceptualizacji (Tom Gruber).

W pracy poruszono problem dokumentowania modeli symulacyjnych systemów produkcyjnych. Określono rodzaje dokumentacji oraz wymagania dla niej z punktu widzenia grup osób związanych z badaniem symulacyjnym. Scharakteryzowano standardy modeli konceptualnych, zaproponowano kryteria oraz dokonano oceny przedstawionych standardów. Określono dalszy kierunek prac nad dostosowaniem standardu UML do potrzeb dziedziny problemowej.

The article concers the problem of documentation of manufacturing systems simulation models. The types of documentation were presented and the requirements for documentation for different kinds of staff involved in simulation study. The standards of conceptual models were characterized, the criteria were proposed and the assessment was made from the point of view of proposed criteria. The guidelines of development of UML standard toward better characterization of production systems were outlined.

The paper proposes application of COOAD method of conceptual modeling of user interface in well-known object-oriented methodologies of software development like RUP or USDP. The main phases of user interface construction are presented and located in mentioned processes. The introduced ideas and notions are illustrated with a simple example.
