Polska norma PN-G-04522:1973 określa założenia dotyczące sposobu przeprowadzenia oznaczenia ciśnienia rozprężania węgla kamiennego oraz budowy urządzenia realizującego ten proces. Realizacja programu procesu, w tym precyzyjna kontrola i pomiary temperatury dna tygla są trudne ze względu na konstrukcję urządzenia, duże opóźnienia czasowe, oraz zakłócenia wynikające z zaburzania pola temperatury w miejscu pomiaru. W niniejszym artykule opisano wpływ osłony ceramicznej termoelementu na kontrolę temperatury dna tygla oraz przeanalizowano alternatywny sposób pomiaru.

Polish standard PN-G-04522:1973 specifies the assumptions about method of determination of expansion pressure of hard coal and construction of devices implementing this process. The implementation of the process’s c program process, including the precise control of temperature measurements of bottom of the crucible is difficult due to the design of the device, large time delays and disruptions resulting from the dislocation of the temperature field at the measuring point. This article describes the impact of ceramic thermocouple on the bottom of the crucible temperature control and examines alternative method of measurement.
