In this paper the model for the dynamic analysis of stress and strain distribution in chosen parts of the hip joint, especially of the femur, under changing forces of muscles and given external loadings was presented. The femur and the implanted femur, which is femur - cement - implant structure, was taken into account. The geometry modification around the thigh bone and the implant enables to estimate a sensitivity of the proposed model. A solution of the dynamics task will allow to explain reasons of bone and implant damages caused by certain types of movements from a point of view of bone tissue strength criterion and materials used for the alloplasty. Some problems concerning a creation of numerical femur models in computational environments using MES techniques are discussed. The modelling of "flexion - extension" and "abduction - adduction" movements in the hip joint under an influence of muscles and given external loadings are described. A stress and strain distribution of chosen hip joint parts, as functions of time, can be achieved from the forward and inverse dynamics task solution. The possibility of forward dynamics task solution allows in future the learning method development of new movements by lower extremity and the way of muscles controlling. Moreover, analysis of exercises usually carried out during rehabilitation can be very helpful in identifying activities with possibly hazardous musculoskeletal loading and thus improve the outcome of rehabilitation after the hip joint alloplasty.
