The complex use of the mobile informative-measuring systems (MIMS) of technological processes of the pumping units and mine hoisting complexes (MHC) converted them into the system, necessary properties and functions of which are provided by connection of instrument constituent and software facilities. For the tasks of collection and treatment of analog and/or discrete signals of technological processes of the pumping units and MHC in the real time there are the most perspective technologies - Programmable Logic Controller (PCL) and Distributed Control System (DCS). Modern DCS and PCL is not limited to the simple use of the interfaces at physical level, as it is organized in notebooks (personal computers), and fully integrate Remote Input/Output in the subsystem of input/output of the comptrolles, delivering an user from the problems, related to application, revision or debugging for this equipment drivers and protocols.

The paper presents methodology for evaluation of economic and social consequences for mining sector in the case of ceasing current and future mining in areas covered by the Natura 2000 network. The analysis is conducted for all types of mineral deposits located within Natura 2000, i.e. natural gas and coalbed metane, crude oil, hard coal and lignites, zinc-lead, copper, arsenic ores, peat, salt, lacustrine chalk, gypsum, sand and gravel, dimension and building stones, etc. In total, 296 deposits were analysed.
