Na podstawie badań prowadzonych przez autora w ostatnich 30. latach przedstawiono fizyko-chemiczne mechanizmy procesu osteoporozy, transportu substancji powstających w jej wyniku oraz zjawisk mineralizacji tkanek będącej przynajmniej częściowo skutkiem osteoporozy.

Proposed article as the result of 30 years of investigation presents physics - chemical mechanism of process of osteoporosis, transport of created various substance as well as secondary mineralization of various tissues being the result of osteoporosis.

Investigation was devoted determination if cancer tissues of lungs are mineralized or not. Moreover author like find answer for question: if the mineralization of tissue may lead to formation of cancer tumors or cancer tissues producers of substances necessary for lung mineralization? Maybe both phenomenon are possible? Investigation were performed using classic mineralogical methods on thin sections of cancer tissues done with the use of microtom. Obtained results confirmed the presence of trace mineralization of cancer tissues. It is represented by two types i.e. secret and visible mineralization. Both type are probably factors creating deformations of DNA leading to formation of cancer. This hypothesis have to be confirmed by experimental investigation.
