Przedstawione opracowanie zawiera ustalenia teoretyczne dotyczące przygotowania i prowadzenia inwentaryzacji składników majątkowych. W materiale zaprezentowano podstawy prawne zobowiązujące dowódców Wojskowych Jednostek Budżetowych do prowadzenia inwentaryzacji składników majątkowych. Artykuł wyjaśnia istotę, cel i treść inwentaryzacji oraz opisuje najważniejsze zasady, którymi należy się kierować, prowadząc inwentaryzację składników majątkowych w WJB. Oddzielne miejsce poświęcono przybliżeniu czytelnikowi możliwych do zastosowania w procesie inwentaryzacji form i metod jej prowadzenia. W końcowej części przedstawione zostały obligatoryjne terminy i częstotliwość prowadzenia inwentaryzacji poszczególnych składników majątkowych będących w dyspozycji dowódcy WJB.

Introduced elaboration contracts contents connected with theoretical settlements concerning of the preparation and the leading of the stock-taking of property-components. In material one presented legal bases obliging of commanders of Military Budgetary Units to the leading of the stock-taking of property-components. The article explains the creature, the aim and the content of the stock-taking and descrihes most important rules which one ought to drive driving the stock-taking of property-components in WJB. The separate place became sacrificed to the approximation to the reader of possible to the use in the process of the stock-taking of forms and methods of her leading. In the final part obligatory terms were introduced and the frequency of the leading of the stock-taking of individual property-components being on hand commanders WJB.

Artykuł dotyczy kolejności czynności realizowanych w procesie przygotowania i prowadzenia inwentaryzacji w wojskowej jednostce budżetowej (WJB). W początkowej części przedstawiono dokumenty wewnętrzne, tj. opracowane w WJB i na jej użytek, normujące wykonanie czynności inwentaryzacyjnych. Zaprezentowano zasadnicze zadania osób spełniających kierownicze funkcje oraz zadania doraźnie na potrzeby inwentaryzacji stworzonych komórek, takich jak komisja inwentaryzacyjna i zespoły spisowe. Artykuł wyjaśnia proces prowadzenia inwentaryzacji oraz opisuje najważniejsze fazy występujące w procesie inwentaryzacji, a także zawiera praktyczne wskazówki dotyczące postępowania w czasie inwentaryzacji. Uzupełniony jest czterema załącznikami, które stanowią pogłębienie i uszczegółowienie treści zasadniczej.

Presented article contains contents concerning operational seąuences of realized in the process of the preparation and the leading of the stock-taking in the military budgetary unit /WJB/ In the initial pat introduced internal documents this is worked out in WJB and on her use normalizing execution of stock-taking activities. In material one presented fundamental exercises of persons fulfilling managerial functions and exercises extemporaneously on needs of the stock-taking of created mobile phones such as the stock-taking committee and list teams. The article explains the process of the leading of the stock-taking and descrihes most important phases appearing in the process of the stock-taking and also contains practical advices concerning conducts during the stock-taking. The article is supplemented four enclosures which make the greater depth and elaborating of the fundamental content.

W opracowaniu przedstawiono zasadnicze przedsięwzięcia, których realizacja pozwoli unikać błędów popełnianych w toku inwentaryzacji. Uwaga została skupiona na usprawnieniach w czterech zasadniczych obszarach, które obejmują: - dobór i odpowiednie przygotowanie wszystkich osób zaangażowanych w proces inwentaryzacji; - terminowe i merytorycznie poprawne opracowanie wszystkich dokumentów umożliwiających sprawne przeprowadzenie inwentaryzacji (bez zakłócania normalnego rytmu funkcjonowania jednostki wojskowej); - wypracowanie jasnych, przejrzystych, powszechnie zrozumiałych procedur postępowania i konsekwentne ich przestrzeganie w czasie realizacji zadań inwentaryzacyjnych; - wyposażenie ludzi uczestniczących w obrocie materiałowym (fizyczny przepływ i jego dokumentowanie) w sprzęt informatyczny usprawniający i ujednolicający czynności wymiany informacji.

Introduced elaboration contains contents connected with fundamental undertakings whose the realization will permit to avoid errors committed pendant the stock-taking. The attention became concentrated on improvements in four fundamental areas which emhrace - the selection and the suitahle preparation of all persons involved in the process of the stock-taking; - the punctual and essentially correct elaboration of all documents making possible the efficient execution of the stock-taking (without disturbing of the normal rhythm of the kelter of the military unit); - the elaboration of bright, transparent, universally intelligible procedures of the conduct and consistent their warnings during the realization of stock-taking exercises; - the equipment of people sitting in on the turnover of materials (the physical flow and his documenting) into the computer science eąuipment labour-saving and standardizing of the activity of the exchange of information.

In this article the author paid attention to the influence of military budget units on quantitative changes and qualitative-structural transformation and the improvement of living conditions of the district's population. After describing the specificity of a military budget unit factors were demonstrated which were stimulated by this unit and have an influence on moulding the local social-economic development.

In this article the author described the essence and main conditions of logistical cooperation of military budget unit and outside tenders to logistical services. He pointed out that the contemporary cooperative efforts are put the most frequently when there is a presumption of decreasing the overall logistical cost of the army's functioning. Little attention is paid to the possibility of improving the quality of logistical services and also to the fact that the benefits of a military budget unit and outside tenders of logistical services aren't only the values, which should be taken into consideration. This way of treating those issues let feature the basic decisional dilemmas connected with logistical services by tenders outside the military logistical system.

In the article, the author paid attention to the logistical infrastructure as extremely important and essential element of the correct functioning of the military budget unit. The state's security includes both political and military spheres and economic, ecological, social and ethnic issues. One of the basic factors which determines those processes is infrastructure. Adapting the military forces to the current needs and conditions by modernizing them and their effectiveness and also rationalization of the costs of living, determines a new shape for the infrastructure of military budgets. Its optimal aim is meeting the needs of military forces with the use of the military forces' potential and the resources and possibilities for the national economy.
