There is a relationship between selected factors of creation of authorized car organization and phenomeno-logical conception. In marketing, this philosophical method is used in qulitative research. Mixed research methods are used in studies connected with the existence of dealership organization. The research done among the clients of the authorized car service shows, that customers do not want to in-dependently tell their opinion about the organization. This happens, because there are so many technical indicators in car service organization. Customers who indicate the reason themselves for the visit in car ser-vice organization assess the quality service worse than those who choose the reason from the questionnaire. In addition, customers who are independent in determining actions needed it to be improved, later assess the quality of service better. In summary, mixed research methods allow to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the organization.
