Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie podejścia do metod pobudzania kreatywności w ramach logistyki społecznej. W opracowaniu zawarto umiejscowienie logistyki społecznej w logistyce. Scharakteryzowano po krótce ideę metod pobudzania kreatywności. Dla celów pracy wybrano i zdefiniowano prostą i skuteczną metodę 6 kapeluszy de Bono. Szczegółowo opisano procedurę metody niezbędną dla poprawnego przeprowadzenia warsztatu. Następnie podjęto próbę stworzenia scenariusza warsztatu pobudzania kreatywności wraz z opisem elementów niezbędnych do jego przeprowadzenia.

The purpose of this article is to present an approach to the methods of stimulating creativity in the framework of social logistics. The study included the place of social logistics in logistics. Briefly the idea of the methods to stimulate creativity was characterized. For the purpose of the work simple and effective method of de Bono's six hats was selected and defined. In detail the steps necessary for the proper process of the workshop were described. Then, an attempt was made to create a scenario of the workshop to stimulate creativity with a description of the elements necessary to carry it out.

This article concerns generals principles of creative problems solving. It shows how the process of creative thinking can lead to the innovative result. It also brings upon the skills of analytical and creative thinking. The article describes many methods of stimulating creativity. It also presents exercises and techniques of creative thinking, for example: techniques referring to problem definition, analogies, metaphors, six thinking hats, mindmapping, the Walt Disney method, the Osborn method, etc. The above-mentioned article gives characteristic of a few creative thinking techniques which can be used in the training of creativity such as brainstorming, method 635, synectics as well as morphological analysis.
