W artykule przeprowadzono analizę błędów synchronizacji urządzeń przerzutowych stanowiących wyposażenie stanowisk pomiarowych do wzorcowania przepływomierzy wodą. Oszacowano wpływ tych błędów na niepewność pomiaru wzorcowego strumienia objętości oraz przedstawiono nową koncepcję ograniczenia tego wpływu. Polega ona na takiej modyfikacji znormalizowanej metody doświadczalnego wyznaczania błędu systematycznego synchronizacji aby możliwa była bieżąca kontrola zmian tego błędu w czasie.

In the paper there are analyzed synchronization errors of diverters devices which are the equipment of test benches for calibration of flow meters with water. Impact of these errors on the measurement uncertainty of the reference flow rate was estimated and a new concept to reduce this impact has been presented. The analysis was performed for the diverters devices of hydraulic characteristic defined by relation (10) and kinematic characteristics expressed by (12). For such devices the theoretical systematic synchronization error (17) was determined. Based on (17) there was modified the previously used and standardized in [1] the method of experimental determination of the error in the filling time measurement (the synchronization error). Besides the error in the filling time measurement, the coefficient of dynamic deformation of flow diverter functional performance was determined. It was shown that the modification allowed current identification of the drift of the error in the filling time measurement and consequently the reduction of the uncertainty of determining the reference flow rate.
