W artykule przedstawiony został system pomiarowy do oceny zawartości biokomponentów w postaci estrów metylowych kwasów karboksylowych oleju rzepakowego (RME - Rapeseed oil Methyl Ester) w oleju napędowym. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi normami zastosowana została metoda spektrofotometrii w podczerwieni IR. Do oceny ilościowej wykorzystano prawo Lamberta-Beera. Do uzyskania analitycznej długości fali 5,73 Μm (v = 1744cm-1) zastosowane zostały filtry wąskopasmowe. Przedstawiona została analiza wyników pomiarów przeprowadzonych w zaproponowanym systemie.

The paper presents analysis of the measurement results of the content of biocomponents - rapeseed oil methyl esters (RME) (palmitic acid methyl ester, stearic acid methyl ester, oleic acid methyl ester, linoleic acid methyl esters and (alpha) linoleic acid methyl ester) in diesel oil. Up to mandatory standard as a method of analysis concentration RME of biodiesel infrared absorption spectroscopy IR was used. The infrared spectroscopy is the most commonly used method of organic compounds analysis. The absorption maxima are characteristics for the functional groups in the molecules. The quantitative determinations of the contents of biocomponents from the absorption spectra are based on the Lambert and Beer law. In slotted section to set analytical wavelength 5,73 Μm (v = 1744cm-1) narrow-band optical filters were applied (Fig.1). The analysis of the measurements in proposed system was presented. Proposed measuring system is alternative for expensive classic spectrophotometer.
