W pracy przedstawiono na kilku przykładach różne zastosowania pomiarów inklinometrycznych. Wskazano na możliwości badań przemieszczeń „niewidocznych” dla pomiarów geodezyjnych, a także uzasadniono, dlaczego warto stosować oba typy badań równocześnie. Zostały także omówione m.in.: zasady pomiaru inklinometrycznego, metoda obliczania przemieszczenia, jak również potencjalne błędy pomiarowe.

Inclinometric measurements are usually unappreciated on the construction site and, as a result of that, not applied frequently. Sometimes, it happens that the executing party tries to use geodetic measurements instead of inclinometric ones as they are much cheaper. However, both types of measurements should be conducted in parallel and it is only then they allow for the correct assessment of the construction works’ method. In the research paper, various applications of inclinometric measurements are presented using a few examples. The possibility of researching ‘invisible’ displacements for geodetic measurements is pointed out. It also justifies the simultaneous use of both types of assessment. Furthermore, it discusses, amongst others, the rules of inclinometric measurement, the method of displacement calculation as well as potential measurement errors.
