Od wielu lat na łamach literatury światowej toczy się dyskusja na temat wpływu wywieranego przez społeczne aspekty zarządzania na szeroko pojmowaną jakość. Teoretycy i praktycy zarządzania starają się określić w jaki sposób jakość zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi jest związana z jakością usług i produktów. Szczególnego znaczenia w tej dziedzinie wiedzy nabiera metoda jakości życia w pracy (QWL - Quality of Working Life).

From one point of view the quality of our personality in organizations influences on quality of our work. From other point of view the quality of working life is influencing on social system in any organization. It includes naturally the interpersonal relationships between people as well, considering them as one of the most important elements for the progress and company development. The QWL-Quality of Working Life method is focused on the productivity improvement and on the increase of employees motivation. In western publications are presented such characteristics like belonging to the group (small society) as very stimulating. It changes the passive attitudes to the active performance. Quality of Working Life is a continuous aspiration to the improvement of Life Quality in generally. All aspects of this consideration are included to the intellectual discussion, presented in the article.
