Wykorzystanie techniki fotograficznej w diagnostyce izolatorów liniowych

Obszar tematyczny artykułu dotyczy określenia możliwości i wskazania zakresu zastosowania techniki fotograficznej w diagnostyce izolatorów liniowych. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów promieniowania optycznego emitowanego przez wyładowania niezupełne (WNZ) generowane na modelu izolatora przepustowego, który był umieszczony w powietrzu. Zdjęcia zostały wykonane za pomocą profesjonalnego aparatu, co pozwoliło na rejestrację promieniowania optycznego w zakresie od 420 nm do 780 nm.

The subject area of the paper concerns determination of possibility and application scope suggestion for the photographic technique in the linear isolators diagnosis. Measurements results of the optical radiation emitted by partial discharges (PDs) generated on a model of the bushing isolator, which was placed in the air, are presented in the paper. Pictures were taken using a professional camera which allowed the optical spectra of registration of optical radiation in the range of 420 nm to 780 nm.

Nieregularność kształtu owrzodzeń oraz ich umiejscowienie na zakrzywionej powierzchni goleni są przyczyną dużych trudności pomiarowych. Celem pracy jest opracowanie własnej metody cyfrowej dokumentacji stanu miejscowego owrzodzeń żylnych goleni. Opracowana metoda obejmuje własną technikę fotografowania rany, obróbki cyfrowej uzyskanych obrazów oraz własną metodę pomiaru pola powierzchni z przetworzonego cyfrowo obrazu przy pomocy programu "Pole". W pracy dokonano kontrolnej analizy dokładności odwzorowania owrzodzeń oraz dokładności pomiaru pola ich powierzchni zaproponowaną metodą własną. Wyniki analizy wykazały wysoką precyzję pomiaru wielkości owrzodzenia naszą metodą oraz dowiodły, że umożliwia ona obiektywną ocenę zmian pola powierzchni i wyglądu rany.

Venous ulcers are usually flat wounds of varying size and irregular shape. One of the important elements included in the documentation of venous ulcer treatment is the size of their surface area. Consecutive measurements of the area are the basis for assessing progress in treatment. The irregular shape and location of venous ulcers on a curved surface are the main causes of difficulties in their measurement. The aim of the study was to elaborate the author's own method of digitally recording the local state of venous leg ulcers. The elaborated method involves the author's own method of photographing the wound, digitally processing the obtained images, and the author's own method of measuring the surface area directly from the digitally processed image using the computer program "Field". In the study an analysis of the imaging accuracy of a leg ulcer and the measuring accuracy of the surface area using the author's own method was carried out. Results of the analysis proved the high precision of the author's own method of venous ulcers size measurement and showed that the method enables an objective assessment of the appearance of the wound and changes to the surface area.

W pracy zbadano możliwość określania wielkości pęcherzyków w układzie dwufazowym ciecz - gaz przez analizę zdjęć uzyskanych z podwójną ekspozycją. Stosując metodę autokorelacji oraz znając odstęp czasowy i przesunięcie na środka pęcherzyka na ekranie można było na tej podstawie określić prędkość i kierunek poruszania się pęcherzyka. Wykonane badania doświadczalne dla napowietrzania w mieszalniku potwierdziły możliwość zastosowania tej metody w praktyce wskazując jednocześnie no konieczność lepszego dopracowania proponowanej metody.

In the study a possibility to determine gas bubble size in the two-phase gas - liquid system was investigated via analysis of double exposure photo- graphs. Based on the autocorrelation method and knowing the time interval ; and displacement from the middle of bubble, it was possible to determine the velocity and direction of bubble movement. The experimental investigations performed for aeration in the mixer confirmed a possibility to apply this method in practice, indicating simultaneously the necessity of its further elaboration.

W artykule omówiono komputerową ocenę pseudociągłości twardych powłok przeciwzużyciowych metodą fotograficzną z zastosowaniem specjalistycznego oprogramowania. Metoda ta ma zastosowanie do oceny powłok o grubości 0,5 - 0,8 mm.

A computer photo-method estimation of pseudo - continuity of coatings obtained by antifriction technologies on the machine parts surface is presented in this article. This method is applied to thick (up to 0,5 - 0,8 rnm) antifriction coatings.

W pracy określono metodą fotograficzną rozkłady wielkości pęcherzy powietrza dyspergowanych w wodzie przez samozasysające mieszadło tarczowe. Najlepszą aproksymację tych rozkładów uzyskano stosując rozkład logarytmiczno-normalny. Parametry tego rozkładu udało się zadowalająco uzależnić od zmiennych procesowych.

Distributions of sizes of air bubbles dispersed in water by the self-aspirating disk impeller were determined in the paper. The photographic method was used for this purpose. The logarithmic-normal distribution gave the best approximation. Distribution parameters were correlated with process variables.
