W pracy zaproponowano metodę wykorzystania oceny ekspertów do budowy zestawu eksploatacyjnego. Przez pojęcie zestawu eksploatacyjnego rozumie się zbiór elementów nieprzedmiotowych i przedmiotowych, utworzonych do wykonania określonych zdań eksploatacyjnych wg przyjętych kryteriów niezawodności, gotowości i bezpieczeństwa. Rozpatruje się następujące zestawy eksploatacyjne: kontroli stanu, lokalizacji uszkodzeń, części zamiennych itp. W zakończeniu sformułowano wnioski.

The term exploitation set can have different meanings. Several meanings of this term are examined in this paper. They are as follows: 1. Spare parts set used to operate specific objects like aircraft, main units of the aircraft, cars etc. 2. Tool set assigned to operate specific objects. Tool set used to exploit specific type of devices are placed in a special box to enable the control of assemble. 3. An apparatus for control measurement. It is a set of devices used to carry specific maintenance like the control of the condition, finding failure. 4. Maintenance set like the control of condition or preventive maintenance. In aviation it means pre and post flight service , take off and inspection service etc. A conclusion can be drawn from the above mentioned examples in order to determine the exploitation set it is important that maintenance team have some experience. The exploitation sets described by the manufacture are oversized and to a large extent preventive. Some elements of the set can be eliminated during exploitation and other elements can be introduced to the usage. It allows to decrease the cost of exploitation and to decrease maintenance time and therefore to increase readiness. It is that is why it is important to use experts' knowledge. Combining practice and science enables to introduce optimizing algorithms to the synthesis of exploitation sets. In this paper it has been described how to use expert methods to build exploitation set with the example of maintenance exploitation set.

W pracy zdefiniowano pojęcie zestawu obsług. Podano jego strukturę i parametry. Opisano algorytm modernizacji zestawu obsług według kryterium bezpieczeństwa, wykonania zadania i kosztów. Dla wyznaczenia prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia niepożądanych zdarzeń zaproponowano metodę ekspertów. Podano algorytm wyznaczania prawdopodobieństwa w oparciu o wypowiedzi ekspertów, wykorzystując do tego celu pięciostopniową skalę ocen. Podano uproszczony algorytm wyznaczania zestawu obsługowego oraz uproszczony algorytm komputerowy. W pracy przedstawiono metody tworzenia zespołu ekspertów oraz zasady oceny ich kompetencji. Do oceny kompetencji przyjęto zbiór cech istotnych w danym badaniu oraz miary istotności tych cech. Wyróżniono cechy determinujące, które niespełnione przez operatora dyskwalifikują go w danym badaniu oraz informacyjne, które kwalifikują go do zespołu realizującego dane badania.

In this work a notion of a set of services was defined. An algorithm of modernization of the set of services was described in accordance with the criterion of safety, accomplishing task and expenses. Experts' method was suggested for determining probability of occurrence of undesired events. An algorithm of determining probability was given based on expert's opinion and taken account of the five-grade scale of estimation. A reduced algorithm was given for determining the set of services and reduced computer algorithm as well. In the work methods of setting up experts' team and principles of evaluation of their qualifications were presented. To evaluate their qualifications a set of features which were essential to a given investigation and measures of the essence of the features were taken. Determining features were distinguished, which not fulfilled by the expert disqualify him to the given investigation and informative, which qualify him to the team that realize the given investigation.

Praca poświęcona jest zasadom modelowania zadania lotniczego. Wyróżniono następujące zadania lotnicze: transportowe, bojowe, szkoleniowe. Wskazano na specyfikę poszczególnych zadań. W lotniczym zadaniu wyróżniono przebiegi lotu, które z kolei składają się z faz lotu. W pracy podano algorytm wyznaczania charakterystyk probabilistycznych czasu trwania zadania lotniczego, przebiegów zadania lotniczego i faz zadania lotniczego. Podstawą algorytmu jest wyznaczenie chwilowej wartości dystrybuanty F(ti) lub chwilowych wartości funkcji wiodącej rozkładu Alfa(ti) określonych zmiennych losowych. W oparciu o wyznaczone wartości chwilowe F(ti) lub Alfa(ti) wyznaczane jest ich graficzne zobrazowanie, które pozwala wstępnie wybrać model matematyczny rozkładu zmiennej losowej (czasu trwania zadania lotniczego, przebiegu lotniczego, fazy lotniczej). W pracy rozważono metodę ekspertów do oceny prawdopodobieństw wystąpienia różnych zdarzeń w czasie realizacji zadania lotniczego. Dokonano analizy różnych skal ocen. W oparciu o dokonane oceny prawdopodobieństw wystąpienia zdarzeń (uszkodzenia, przesłanki do wypadków, wypadki) opracowano model matematyczny zadania lotniczego. Metodę zilustrowano przykładem. W zakończeniu sformułowano wnioski.

This work denoted to principles of modeling aviation task. The following aviation tasks have been distinguished: transportation combat and training tasks. Specifity of particular task has been indicated. In an aviation task flight runs which consist of flight phases are distinguished. In the work an algorithm for determining probabilistic characteristics of the aviation task duration, runs of aviation task and phases of aviation task are given. The basis of the algorithm is determining actual value of the cumulative distribution function F(ti) or actual values of the leading distribution function Alpha(ti) of definite random variables. On the basis of the determined actual values F(ti) or Alpha(ti) their graphic presentation has been determined, which allows to preselect a mathematical model of random variable distribution (aviation task duration, aviation flight run, aviation phases). In the work experts' method has been considered for estimation of probabilities of various events occurrence while realizing aviation tasks. Analysis of various scales of estimation has been done. On the basis of the accomplished estimation probabilities of events occurrence (damages, perquisites to accidents, accidents) a mathematical model for aviation task has been worked out. The method has been illustrated with an example. Finally conclusions have been formulated.

Statki powietrzne eksploatowane obecnie w Siłach Zbrojnych RP projektowane były wg zasady bezpiecznej trwałości, a zespoły i elementy ich konstrukcji podlegają planowym przeglądom profilaktycznym i są eksploatowane do wyczerpania ustalonego resursu. W celu przeprowadzenia analizy możliwości zwiększenia resursów płatowców ustalonych przez producenta opracowano metodę, w której wykorzystuje się informacje dotyczące obciążeń, uszkodzeń, błędów w obsługiwaniu i użytkowaniu oraz inne informacje zarejestrowane w procesie ich eksploatacji. W oparciu o te dane wyznacza się rejony krytyczne płatowców SP i opracowuje właściwe procedury postępowania. Ocena stanu technicznego przeprowadzona dla określonego egzemplarza SP jest podstawą zwiększenia jego resursu, a znaczną część wykonywanych prac stanowią badania korozyjne. Na wstępie prowadzonych badań korozyjnych analizuje się warunki eksploatacji w aspekcie niekorzystnego wpływu na konstrukcję, pracę układów i zespołów środowiska atmosferycznego, w jakim użytkowany był i jest SP. Stan skorodowania konstrukcji ocenia się na podstawie zmiany wyglądu, częstotliwości i głębokości występowania zmian korozyjnych, zmiany masy i wymiarów. Do oceny stopnia skorodowania konstrukcji SP wykorzystuje się metodę ekspertów i analizę skupień. Metoda ekspertów pozwala na skwantyfikowanie stwierdzonej korozji, a analiza skupień umożliwia pogrupowanie samolotów i wyselekcjonowanie z populacji takich egzemplarzy, które mogą być przedmiotem dalszych prac dotyczących zwiększenia resursu.

Aircraft being exploited so far in Military Forces of Poland have been designed according to the principle of their safe life and elements of their constructions are subjected to scheduled preventive surveys and are exploited until their fixed overhaul life has been used up. In order to carry out analysis how to increase the possibility of the airframes' overhaul lives determined by the manufactures a method has been worked out in which all the information is used concerning loading, failures, faults of maintenance and usage is used and another information registered in the process of their exploitation. Basing on these data critical areas of the airframes are determined and adequate procedures of acting are worked out. Technical state evaluation carried on for a particular plane is the basis for increasing its overhaul life and a substantial part of the performed works are corrosion examinations. At the start of being carried out corrosion examinations, conditions of exploitation are analysed taking account of unfavourable effects of atmospheric conditions under which the aircraft was and is exploited, the work of the sets and systems. The state of the corrosion of the construction is evaluated on the basis of its changed, look, frequencies and depth of the occurrence of the corrosive changes, changes of mass and dimension. The expert method and analysis of concentration have been used to evaluate the corrosive stage of the aircraft construction. The expert method allows to quantify the ascertained corrosion and analysis of concentration makes possible grouping aircrafts and selecting from the group such units which might be the subject of further works relating to the increase of the overhaul life.
