W referacie przedstawiono, współpracujące z komputerem personalnym, urządzenie elektroniczne do pomiaru, rejestracji i wizualizacji aktywności elektrodermalnej. Zaprezentowano część sprzętową urządzenia - tor przetwarzania i wstępnej obróbki sygnału pomiarowego. Interfejs użytkownika to profesjonalna aplikacja wykonana w środowisku LabView umożliwiająca prowadzenie eksperymentu z poziomu konsoli komputera personalnego. Szczegółowo omówiono wpływ czynników zakłócających w egzosomatycznej metodzie pomiaru aktywności elektrycznej skóry.

A device used for electronic measurements, registration and visua-lization of electrodermal activity of the skin is described in the paper[1, 2, 4]. This biomedical electronic device is a modern recorder of some exosomatic changes (Section 1) of the skin parameters with possibility of choice of the measured value - electric resistance or conductance (Fig. 5). The equipment part of the device is presented - the channel of processing and preprocessing of a measuring signal (Section3, Figs. 3, 4). The user interface is the professional application executed in the LabView environment enabling carrying out the experiment on a personal computer console (Fig. 5). The process of measurement includes both evaluation of a selected physical quantity as well as visualization of changes of the measured time-variable quantity magnitude, that is illustration of phase and tonic activity [1, 3]. For the phase activity there can be determined: the reaction amplitude, latency, the rise and recovery time of the response curve. For the tonic activity the device enables recording unspecific fluctuations that is changes without presence of a clear external stimulus (Fig. 5). The influence of the interfering factors in measurements of skin electric activity by the exosomatic method is discussed in detail (Section 3).
