Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest opisowi autorskiej, progowo-komparacyjnej metody diagnozowania. Metoda ta zakłada, że sygnał diagnostyczny jest na ogół obarczony istotną składową zakłócającą, którą - z różnych powodów - nie sposób efektywnie wyeliminować. Prezentowana metoda stanowi propozycję takiej organizacji procesu diagnozowania, która umożliwia uzyskanie wymaganej wiarygodności diagnoz mimo istniejących - nawet stosunkowo silnych - zakłóceń procesu badania i wnioskowania diagnostycznego.

The article contains the description of author?s, threshold-comparative diagnosing method. This method assumes that the diagnostics signal is often burdened the high component disturbing which - for various reasons - can not be effectively eliminated. Presented method is the proposal of such organization of the process of the diagnosing which enables the obtainment of the required reliability of diagnoses in spite of existing - even relatively high - disturbances of the process of the test and the diagnostic concluding.

Progowy układ pomiarowy jest fragmentem systemu diagnostycznego. w którym realizowana jest progowo-komparacyjna metoda diagnozowania. Metrologiczne właściwości progowego układu pomiarowego pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że nawet silne zakłócenia sygnału diagnostycznego nie stanowią przeszkody w uzyskaniu dostatecznie wiarygodnej funkcji symptomowej, a w rezultacie także wiarygodnej diagnozy stanu badanego obiektu. Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest głównie ilustracji strukturalnych i metrologicznych właściwości progowego układu pomiarowego na przykładzie sprzętowo-programowego demonstratora omawianej metody oraz wnioskom wynikającym z próby implementacji tej metody w sterowniku przemyslowym.

The threshold measuring-system is a fragment of the diagnostic system in which is realized the threshold-comparative diagnosing method. Metrological property of the threshold measuring-system let on the statement that even strong disturbances of the diagnostic signal do not determine difficulties in the obtainment of the enough reliable symptom function As a result, it's possible to form a reliable diagnosis of the survey object. The present paper is dedicated to illustrate structural and metrological property of the threshold measuring-system on equipment example the programmatic demonstrator of the method and conclusions resulting from attempts to implementation this method in the industrial controller AC800F.

Zaproponowano, bazujący na pojęciu "jakość", model zarządzania obsługiwaniem. Wskazano na konieczność i możliwość określania wartości pola tolerancji stanu zdatności maszyny w oparciu o pożądaną skuteczność i efektywność operacyjną statku. Przedstawiono możliwe kryteria określania wartości granicznych zużycia elementów maszyn i wykazano, że efektywność i skuteczność identyfikacji i odnów mają znaczący wpływ na osiąganą efektywność i skuteczność statku i przedsiębiorstwa żeglugowego. Wprowadzono pojęcie poziomu rozwoju metod i środków obsługiwania i uzasadniono konieczność budowy zintegrowanych systemów diagnozowania/ telediagnozowania, napraw i regeneracji. Scharakteryzowano maszyny okrętowych systemów napędowych. Przedstawiono stan rozwoju i kierunki rozwoju metod i środków obsługiwania głównej maszyny - silnika spalinowego.

The model of maintenance management, based on "quality", is suggested in the paper. The necessity to describe values of tolerance field of healthy condition of machine, based on desired operational effectivity and efficiency of ship is pointed. The possible criteria to describe boundary values of wear of machine elements is presented, and it was proven that efficiency and effectivity of identification and renews are clincher of efficiency and effectivity of shipping company. The item of development of methods and tools of maintenance was innovated, and necessity to build the integrated system of condition monitoring/ telemonitoring, repairs and reconditioning was justified. Machines of marine propulsion system are described. The state of development and development ways of methods and tools of maintenance of main machine - combustion engine.

W pracy przedstawiono metodykę diagnozowania układu hydraulicznego kombajnu do zbioru zbóż Bizon Z058, w której wykorzystano analizę przebiegu ciśnienia oleju hydraulicznego w układzie. Na podstawie wykonanych serii eksperymentów diagnostycznych dla podstawowych stanów niezdatności, wyznaczono relacje diagnostyczne w postaci: "jeżeli symptom to stan niezdatności". Badania weryfikacyjne, wykonane w warunkach eksploatacyjnych, potwierdziły słuszność pozyskanych relacji diagnostycznych, jak również przydatność prezentowanej metody do diagnozowania stanu technicznego układu hydraulicznego.

The paper contains the diagnosing methodology of the hydraulic system of a combine harvester Bizon Z058, where the pressure time courses analysis of hydraulic oil in the system was used. On the basis of the diagnostic experiments carried out, including identification of the particular diagnostic symptoms (pressure courses in the hydraulic system), the diagnostic relations in the form of "if symptom then non-operational state" for the main non-operational states were established. The verifying research, carried out in the exploitation conditions, confirmed rightness of received diagnostic relations, and usefulness of the presented method for diagnosing of the technical state of the hydraulic system as well.
