In this paper presented works connected with the preparation of the active experiment with the jet-propelled engine. The experiment was prepared and done at the Air Force Institute of Technology. The main aim of this preparation was the explanation of the causes of the damages of military aerial ships after air incidents, notified damages in the process of exploitation and obtainment of the vibration answer on simulated damages. The exit test of the jet-propelled engine was the point of the reference after the repair in the Military Aviation Depot. DIAGNOZOWANIE

W referacie przedstawiono prace związane z przygotowaniem eksperymentu czynnego, jego wykonanie na silniku odrzutowym SO-3 na stanowisku do hamowania silników lotniczych zlokalizowanym w Instytucie Technicznym Wojsk Lotniczych. Eksperyment miał na celu wyjaśnienie przyczyn uszkodzeń wojskowych statków powietrznych po zaistniałych wypadkach lotniczych, zgłoszonych uszkodzeniach w procesie eksploatacji oraz uzyskanie odpowiedzi drganiowej na symulowane uszkodzenia. Punktem odniesienia była próba wyjściowa silnika odrzutowego po remoncie. Eksperyment został podzielony na kilka etapów, w których wprowadzano do konstrukcji silnika uszkodzenia w celu analizy odpowiedzi drganiowej korpusu silnika na zadane uszkodzenia.

This paper presents the formulation of the structural optimization method on the basis of statistical energy analysis. A4 laser beam printer consisting of eight finite elastic steel plates is considered as an example, where the mass is taken as a constraint function. Consequently, taking one CLF as the objective function, an optimization of the thickness of the shell elements is performed showing the efficiency of the structural optimization method.

W pracy zaprezentowano sformułowanie metody optymalizacji struktury bazującej na analizie statystycznego rozkładu energii. Jako przykład obiektu wybrano drukarkę laserową, której elementami jest osiem stalowych płyt. W przyjętej metodzie optymalizacji masy płyt pełnią rolę ograniczeń. Przyjmując CLF jako funkcję celu, przeprowadzono optymalizację grubości elementów powłokowych, pokazując efektywność metod optymalizacji strukturalnej.

The paper focuses on the finding which parts of machinery should be modified in order to reduce the noise. The countermeasure is decided by being based on the theoretical formulation the statistical energy analysis (SEA). The proposed process is applied to determine the countermeasures to structure-borne noise in a commercial product (A4 laser printer). This study is the first report of a series to develop a process based on the SEA.

Artykuł poświęcono metodzie wyszukiwania podukładów maszyn, które powinny być zmodyfikowane w celu obniżenia poziomu hałasu. Metoda bazuje na statystycznej analizie przepływu energii (SEA). Zaproponowaną metodę zastosowano do obniżenia hałasu wytwarzanego przez drukarkę laserową. Artykuł jest pierwszą częścią raportu poświęconego omawianej metodzie.

Defects in composite structures initially depend on the lay-up of the material and occur in manufacturing as well as through local loads in service. They can expand and develop into damages which will affect safety. Normally, nondestructive test methods are used for detecting and evaluating the defects, but vibration test methods are also suitable. The sensivity of vibration parameters, such as frequency and damping to typical defects has been tested on specimens and components made of glass-fibre-reinforced resin (GFRR), carbon-fibre-reinforced resin (CFRR) and fibre-reinforced ceramics (C/C-SiC). Significant changes, correlating with damage propagation due to alternating loads, occur. Integrated FEM-calculations help to improve two basic disadvantages they establish a test setup with low external damping and extend the test results towards more detailed information. As an example for applying the method in the field of quality assurance, a complexly shaped CFRR-part of a wheel force transducer is presented. Finally the main features of the vibration test method are summarized together with an evaluation table concerning measuring methods and measurement results.

W pracy zaprezentowano metodę wykrywania uszkodzeń w materiałach kompozytowych. Metoda jest oparta na dużej wrażliwości parametrów drganiowych, takich jak częstotliwość i tłumienie, na typowe uszkodzenia. Zintegrowane obliczenia MES są pomocne w takiej konstrrukcji stanowiska badawczego, która zarówno charakteryzuje się niskim tłumieniem zewnętrznym, jak i umożliwia lepszą interpretację wyników. Praca zawiera przykład praktyczego zastosowania metody.
