The objective of this paper is description of numerical approaches to solution of the circular or annular plate interaction with soil medium, under the condition of rotary axial symmetry and for general case. The procedure of solution is based on application of modified Zemochkin's method. The conditions expressing the common displacements of plate-soil interface follow from the minimum of extended modified functional formulated for the potential energy of deformation. The flexural behaviour of plate is analysed using finite element method.
