Montaż urządzeń zaawansowanej infrastruktury pomiarowej (AMI -ang. Advanced Metering Infrastructure) na słupowych stacjach transformatorowo-rozdzielczych SN/nn przy wykorzystaniu technologii prac pod napięciem (PPN) jest nową metodą opracowaną i od niedawna stosowaną w Polsce. Zastosowano znane technologie PPN: na liniach napowietrznych SN z wykorzystaniem podnośnika z wysięgnikiem izolacyjnym oraz przy urządzaniach rozdzielczych nn. Opisano wszystkie etapy technologii, występujące problemy techniczne oraz opracowane prototypy niezbędnych narzędzi izolowanych.

The mounting of advanced metering infrastructure (AMI - Advanced Metering Infrastructure) elements on a transformer-distribution pole stations of MV/LV using live working technology has been described. This is a new technology developed and recently applied in Poland. The tried and tested live working technologies have been applied on MV overhead distribution power lines using the insulation lift boom and low voltage distribution equipment. All the stages of technology, common technical problems and developed prototypes of necessary isolated tools have been shown.

Energia elektryczna jest jedną z najbardziej potrzebnych form energii i ma bardzo duży wpływ na rozwój cywilizacji oraz rozwój gospodarczy poszczególnych krajów. W artykule przedstawiono ogólne informacje dotyczące elektroenergetyki, zastosowanie AMI, m. in. omówiono aktualny stan elektroenergetyki w Polsce, wymieniono rodzaje podsystemu wytwórczego, przesyłowego oraz dystrybucyjno-dostawczego. W szczególności omówiono system inteligentnego opomiarowania AMI, wymieniono główne warstwy systemu AMI - ang. Advanced Metering Infrastructure - zintegrowany zbiór wielu elementów, najczęściej inteligentnych liczników energii elektrycznej, różnego rodzaju moduły i systemy komunikacyjne, a także rejestry, które pozwalają na dwukierunkową komunikację. Omówiono także inteligentne sieci elektroenergetyczne w systemach AMI, w szczególności Smart Grid - zbiór spójnych systemów informatycznych, telekomunikacyjnych i inteligentnych mierników energii elektrycznej działających na sieci energetycznej, zapewniający komunikację między wszystkimi uczestnikami rynku energii i mający na celu dostarczenie usług energetycznych po jak najniższych kosztach do użytkownika końcowego, zwiększenie efektywności sieci energetycznej z korzyścią ekonomiczną dla operatorów na niej działających oraz środowiska naturalnego, jak również zintegrowanie rozproszonych źródeł energii, w tym także energii odnawialnej. W artykule wspomniano również o zastosowaniu systemu AMI w Polsce, a także przedstawiono konkluzje.

Electricity is one of the most needed forms of energy and has a very large impact on the development of civilization and economic development of individual countries. The article presents general information about the electricity, the use of AMI, discusses the current state of the power sector in Poland, listed types of subsystem manufacturing, transmission and distribution and delivery. In particular, discusses AMI smart metering system, lists the main layer AMI system. Advanced Metering Infrastructure - an integrated collection of many elements, intelligent electricity meters, various modules and communication systems, as well as records that allow for two-way communication. Also discussed smart electricity grids in AMI systems, in particular the Smart Grid - a set of coherent systems, telecommunications and electricity smart meters operating on the grid, providing communication between all participants in the energy market and designed to provide energy services at the lowest cost to the user end, increasing the efficiency of the power grid for the benefit of economic operators acting on it and the environment, as well as the integration of distributed energy resources, including renewable energy. The article also mentions the use of AMI system in Poland and presents conclusions.

Wdrażanie i coraz częstsze stosowanie zaawansowanej infrastruktury pomiarowej wiąże się z niebezpieczeń-stwem nadużywania jej funkcjonalności dla osiągnięcia własnych celów. W publikacji opisano kilka zagrożeń: manipulację przy liczniku przez klienta, zmowę pracownika przedsiębiorstwa dystrybucyjnego z elektrowniami, zagrożenia wynikające z możliwych działań prowadzonych przez terrorystów, możliwość manipulacji danych przez inżynierów baz danych. Przedstawiono również problem związany z dostępem osób trzecich do zaawansowanej struktury pomiarowej.

Implementation and use of advanced metering infrastructure is associated with a danger of abuse of its functionality to achieve their goals. The paper describes several threats: manipulation of the smart meter by the customer, an insider in collusion with a generation provider, the possible risks arising from activities carried out by terrorists and the possibility of manipulation of data by engineers databases. Also presents the problem of third party access to the AMI.
