There was proposed a singleaxis phenomenological model of energetic type for description of nonelastic deformation and metal damage along with the joint actions of static and cyclic loads. Amplitude values of cyclic stress component made up not more then 10% of static stress. There was carried out experimental checking of the proposed model for the chrome - nickel alloy at two temperature levels T = 650 0C and 750 0C and tetanus alloy BT 3-1 at the temperature level of T = 450 0C. The satisfactory agreement between calculated and experimental data is taking place.
