Toothing Deviations in the Single-Stage Gear Transmission

A description of the toothing deviations in mesh is discussed. In our scope there are the base pitch errors and the functions, which may be created by use of them, and also the other errors, which can influence significantly on the gears dynamics. On the basis of the modified Muller's model of the single-stage gear transmission a simplified way of modelling of the majority of these toothing deviations is shown. It is possible to take into the consideration the interactions between some kinds of the errors in mesh. The frequency analysis of the dynamic forces for the case of the gears with errors and without deviations is also performed.
