Celem niniejszego artykułu było wykazanie zalet i funkcjonalności realizowanej na potrzeby Sił Zbrojnych RP koncepcji użycia systemów bezzałogowych statków powietrznych (SBSP) jako dwupoziomowego bezzałogowego systemu rozpoznawczo-medycznego przeznaczonego do zdobywania i dostarczania informacji o stanie zdrowia żołnierzy poszkodowanych na polu walki, a także niesienia wstępnej pomocy medycznej. Prezentowane rozwiązanie zakłada wykorzystanie m.in. sensorów, biosensorów, RVT (ang. Remote Video Terminal), urządzeń audio, jak również analiz wykonywanych za pomocą zaimplementowanych algorytmów i sztucznej inteligencji. Artykuł zawiera charakterystykę systemu zabezpieczenia medycznego pola walki wraz z jego uwarunkowaniami prawnymi i kluczowymi zasadami, jak również analizę dostępnych na rynku rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych i systemowych wykorzystywanych do tego typu zastosowań operacyjnych. Na tej podstawie dokonano określenia właściwego miejsca dla zaproponowanej przez autorów koncepcji w wojskowych strukturach logistycznych.

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the advantages and functionalities of the concept implemented for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces of using unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) as a two-level unmanned reconnaissance and medical system designed to acquire and provide information about the health condition of soldiers injured on the battlefield, as well as to provide initial medical aid. The presented solution assumes the use of e.g. sensors, biosensors, RVT (Remote Video Terminal), audio devices, as well as analyzes performed using implemented algorithms and artificial intelligence. The article contains the characteristics of the battlefield medical support system along with its legal conditions and key principles, as well as an analysis of the design and system solutions available on the market used for this type of operational applications. Based on this, the appropriate place for the concept proposed by the authors was determined in military logistics structures.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja uwarunkowań funkcjonowania i organizacji podsystemu medycznego SZ RP. W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono aktualne zasady, warunki, ograniczenia i czynniki wpływające na kształt systemu medycznego. Następnie zaprezentowano struktury organizacyjne w oparciu, których realizowane są zadania zabezpieczenia medycznego.

The aim of the articles is the identification of determinants of functioning and organization of medical subsystem in Polish Armed Forces. First part of the article presents the current terms, conditions, limitations and factors affecting the shape of the medical system. Then presents organizational structures whose activities are carried out medical support.

In future the medical care will be realised in medical centres. 8 hospitals and 14 specialised centres subordinated to them will be still held. A close co-operation with civilian health service in the field of specialist care and improvement of military medical personnel education are scheduled. It is assumed that the level of services should be close to the level of civilian medical care. Bundeswehre’s new medical tasks of medical support for crisis management forces were defined in „Guidelines Relating to Medical Care of Soldiers in Foreign Operations” and in „Medical Support Conceptions”. A special stress was put on before clinic medical help conditioned, however, by mutual aid and friends’ help. All the soldiers will have to learn the techniques of cardiac pulmonic resuscitation, to administer pain relievers and, in the navy, to apply anti shock infusion. Medical units structures will be created dependent on real tasks performed by forces.
