In the article shows the stages of strategic audit of the health system in Ukraine context of the concept of social-ethical marketing. It was concluded on trends in the relationship between the reduction of specialized medical facilities and the reduction of the population based on the results of multivariate correlation and regression analysis. A survey of the population on access to health services shows that the majority of respondents do not have the opportunity to receive adequate medical care, which is exacerbated by declining incomes and the economic crisis. It was concluded that the health care system of Ukraine does not comply with the socio-ethical norms and principles of the marketing strategy of medical services. It was proposed to improve the reform of the health care system of Ukraine in terms of its compliance with socio-ethical principles.

W artykule przedstawiono etapy strategicznego audytu systemu ochrony zdrowia w Ukrainie, w kontekście koncepcji marketingu społeczno-etycznego. Na podstawie wyników wielowymiarowej analizy korelacji i regresji sformułowano wnioski, dotyczące trendów, w związku między redukcją wyspecjalizowanych placówek medycznych, a redukcją populacji. Z badania ankietowego, dotyczącego dostępu do świadczeń zdrowotnych wynika, że większość respondentów nie ma możliwości uzyskania odpowiedniej opieki medycznej, co jest pogłębiane przez spadające dochody i kryzys gospodarczy. Stwierdzono, że system opieki zdrowotnej Ukrainy nie spełnia norm społeczno-etycznych i zasad strategii marketingowej usług medycznych. Zaproponowano poprawę reformy systemu opieki zdrowotnej Ukrainy, pod kątem zgodności z zasadami społeczno-etycznymi

Stock exchange has impacts on activities and capitals of medical companies in Vietnam market. However, medical firms still need researches to address some management issues including good practices of governance, good resources allocation and better risk management policies. Authors uses quantitative analysis and statistics, together with qualitative methods including synthesis and explanatory methods. We figure out CPI and stock price has negative relationship while there is positive correlation between stock price and Risk free rate (Rf). In conclusion, authors also propose total quality management perspective as well as recommend macro policies that affect company performance. For example, exchange rate policy could support USD/VND just little bit while inflation policy need to be controlled at low level. Key words: management capabilities, medical industry, Vietnam, TQM.

This paper presents information on the methods of construction and selection of materials, for the manufacturing of a medical device – a syringe filter. The main scope of the research was numerical simulation made in order to optimize the injection process. This simulation comprised of two parts: the first in which the chosen optimal number and position of injection points on the surface, and a second with the chosen optimum wall thickness, using a pre-selected injection points.

Logistyka leków i wyrobów medycznych jest procesem złożonym. Stanowi ona ogromne wyzwanie zarówno dla pracowników szpitala (odpowiednia ocena sytuacji, organizacja i koordynowanie stosownych działań), jak i operatorów zaopatrujących placówkę, którzy muszą sprostać wymogom czasowym oraz technicznym narzuconym specyfiką branży medycznej (restrykcyjne warunki dotyczące transportu oraz przechowywania). Celem artykułu jest scharakteryzowanie zasad funkcjonowania apteki szpitalnej w kontekście zaopatrzenia oraz obrotu lekami i wyrobami medycznymi.

Logistics medicines and medical devices is a complex process. It is a huge challenge for both hospital staff (appropriate assessment of the situation, the organization and coordination of relevant activities), as well as supplying facility operators who must meet the requirements imposed time limit, and technical specificity of the medical industry (restrictive conditions concerning the transport and storage). This article aims to characterize the principles of operation of the hospital pharmacy within the context of the sup-ply and circulation of medicines and medical devices.
