Medical history highlights that myocardial infarction is one of the leading factors of death in human beings. Angina pectoris is a prominent vital sign of myocardial infarction. Medical reports suggest that experiencing chest pain during heart attacks causes changes in facial muscles, resulting in variations in patterns of facial expression. This work intends to develop an automatic facial expression detection to identify the severity of chest pain as a vital sign of MI, using an algorithmic approach that is implemented with a state-of-the-art convolutional neural network (CNN). The advanced object detection lightweight CNN models are as follows: Single Shot Detector Mobile Net V2, and Single Shot Detector Inception V2, which were utilized for designing the vital signs MI model from the 500 Red Blue Green Color images private dataset. The authors developed cardiac emergency health monitoring care using an Edge Artificial Intelligence (“Edge AI”) using NVIDIA’s Jetson Nano embedded GPU platform. The proposed model is mainly focused on the factors of low cost and less power consumption for onboard real-time detection of vital signs of myocardial infarction. The evaluated metrics achieve a mean Average Precision of 85.18%, Average Recall of 88.32%, and 6.85 frames per second for the generated detections.

Modern-day threats for believers comprise: fires, destruction of churches as a result of natural phenomena and natural disasters, detection of ammunition left from World War II, terrorist hazards and notifications on the destruction of churches and many others. Hazards may arise during the presence of believers and clergy in churches, cloisters, during mass religious events, pilgrimages etc. Consequently every person is obliged to become aware of hazards and to be able to rescue oneself and the others. An example of four biggest churches in Lviv presents measures undertaken to assure security to the believers, along with those which had not been deployed yet.

Współczesne zagrożenia dla wierzących obejmują: pożary, zniszczenie świątyń na skutek zjawisk naturalnych i klęsk żywiołowych, wykrywanie amunicji z II Wojny Światowej, zagrożenia terrorystyczne oraz zawiadomienia o zniszczeniach świątyń i wiele innych. Niebezpieczeństwa mogą powstać podczas pobytu wierzących i duchowieństwa w świątyniach, klasztorach, podczas masowych wydarzeń religijnych, pielgrzymek itp. Dlatego obowiązkiem każdej osoby jest uświadomienie sobie niebezpieczeństw oraz umiejętność uratować siebie i innych. Przykład czterech największych świątyń we Lwowie pokazuje środki podjęte w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa wierzącym, a także te, które jeszcze nie zostały wdrożone.

Pomoc medyczna jest jednym z najważniejszych segmentów w całym łańcuchu niesienia pomocy, decyduje o życiu poszkodowanych. Szybka i efektywna reakcja w dostarczeniu medycznej pomocy humanitarnej może ocalić nie jedno życie i zdrowie. Specjalizuje ona się w udzielaniu pomocy medycznej, organizowaniu, gromadzeniu i dystrybucji artykułów medycznych podczas katastrof naturalnych lub antropogenicznych na obszarach nimi dotkniętych.

Fast and efficient reaction in providing the medical humanitarian assistance can save more than one life and health. It is specialized in providing medical assistance, organizing, collecting and distributing medical supplies during natural or anthropogenic disasters in affected areas.

Katastrofa jest to zdarzenie nadzwyczajne ze znaczną liczbą poszkodowanych i rozległymi skutkami ekologicznymi, często o charakterze transgranicznym. W pracy przedstawiono podstawowe definicje związane z zatruciami, skalą zdarzeń niepożądanych i działaniem substancji chemicznych. Krótko scharakteryzowano medycynę katastrof oraz pomoc medyczną dla poszkodowanych w wypadku skażenia środowiska. Zaprezentowano skale: oznak życia, ciężkości urazów i prawdopodobieństwa przeżycia. Dynamiczny charakter katastrof oddziałuje na czynniki psychologiczne osób poszkodowanych. Wyróżnia się tu reakcje indywidualne i zbiorowe - związane z zachowaniem tłumu podczas nadzwyczajnych zagrożeń. Przedstawiono również public relations w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Odniesiono się do akcji pomocy humanitarnej realizowanych w ramach misji, projektów i programów wodnych. Wskazano fenomen splotu pozornych sprzeczności w sytuacjach kryzysowych: ochotniczości i zawodowstwa w udzielaniu pomocy, bohaterstwa i anonimowości, hardości i posłuszeństwa, a także wolności i dobrowolnego uznania hierarchicznych struktur. Treść pracy daje pogląd na temat postępowania w nagłych i nadzwyczajnych zagrożeniach technicznych i środowiskowych.

Disaster is an exceptional event with a significant number of victims and large-scale ecological effects often of a transboundary nature. The paper presents the basic definitions related to poisoning, the scale of undesirable events and effects of chemical substances. Disaster medicine has been briefly characterized. Medical assistance for victims in the case of environmental contamination has been discussed. The following scales were presented: signs of life, injury severity and probability of survival. The dynamic nature of disaster affects the psychological factors of victims. Individual and collective reactions are distinguished. The collective reactions are related to the behaviour of the crowd during emergencies. Public relations in crisis situations were presented. The humanitarian aid operations carried out in the mission, projects and programs of water were discussed. The phenomenon of combination of apparent contradictions in crisis situations was shown: volunteerity and professionalism in helping, heroism and anonymity, pride and obedience, as well as freedom and voluntary recognition of hierarchical structures. The paper provides an overview of procedures taken in sudden and extraordinary technical and environmental threats.

Intensywny rozwój transportu lotniczego bezpośrednio wiąże się z zagadnieniem zdrowia i bezpieczeństwa klientów portu lotniczego i linii lotniczych. Problemy zdrowotne o różnym stopniu intensywności mogą wystąpić przed podróżą drogą lotniczą (np. podczas pobytu w terminalu lotniczym). Z tego właśnie powodu na każdym etapie należy dysponować odpowiednim zapleczem medycznym zarówno o charakterze indywidualnym, jak i masoowybranych zagadnień związanych z funkcjonowaniem zabezpieczenia medycznego w obrębie cywilnego portu lotniczego oraz omówienie kluczowych aspektów związanych z bezpieczeństwem medycznym pasażerów linii lotniczych.

The health problems of varying degrees of intensity may occur prior to travel by air (for example, while in the airport terminal). For this reason, at every stage, you must have the appropriate medical facilities both an individual and masoowybranych issues related to the functioning of the medical security within the civilian airport and a discussion of key aspects of the medical safety of airline passengers.
