Użyto przemysłowego modułu membranowego do nanofiltracji wód o różnym stężeniu substancji organicznych i nieorganicznych zawierających małocząsteczkowe mykoestrogeny. Ocenie poddano wpływ stopnia odzysku permeatu w zakresie od 10 do 80% obj. na wydajność i efektywność procesu. Wzrost stopnia odzysku powodował jednocześnie obniżenie wydajności procesu i stopnia usuwania mykoestrogenów. Określona zależność jest jednym z powodów niższej efektywności usuwania mikrozanieczyszczeń w instalacjach przemysłowych w odniesieniu do wyników badań uzyskanych w skali laboratoryjnej.

The industrial scale membrane module was used for nanofiltration of waters containing low molecular weight mycoestrogens and various concentrations of organic and inorganic substances. The influence of the permeate recovery degree in the range from 10 to 80 vol.% on the capacity and the effectiveness of the process was investigated. The increase of the permeate recovery resulted in the decrease of both, the capacity of the process and the degree of removal of mycoestrogens. The determined dependence is one of the many reasons of the decrease of the removal of microcontaminants in industrial installations in comparison with the results obtained during laboratory scale studies.
