The article deals with the practical aspects of the prices formation of the mechanized services for households. On the basis of the questionnaire data the analysis of changes in prices and production costs of the main types of mechanized services consumed by households in the process of agricultural activity was conducted, the attitudes and motives of service providers for the formation of prices were studied and their validity was assessed.
