Współrzędnościowa technika pomiarowa jest jedną z najdynamiczniej rozwijających się gałęzi metrologii wielkości geometrycznych. Pozwala na szybki i dokładny pomiar przy jednoczesnej różnorodności realizowanych zadań kontrolnych. Niejednokrotnie problematyczne jest właściwe dobrania strategii pomiarowej. W literaturze brak jest jasnych i kompleksowych wytycznych dotyczących doboru strategii pomiarowej np. dla oceny odchyłki okrągłości. W artykule przedstawiono zalecenia dla wyznaczenia parametrów (współrzędne środka, średnica, błąd kształtu) dla mierzonego na współrzędnościowej maszynie pomiarowej (CMM) okręgu. Przedstawiono również sposób szacowania niepewności dla pomiaru okręgu.

Coordinate Measuring Technique is one of the most rapidly developing metrological branches. It enables quick and accurate measurements in various inspection tasks. One of the possible measuring modes of CMMs is the contact measurement. At present, the technical capability of CMMs and customers' requirements leads to the measurement of not just simple geometrical values, but also advanced analysis like form evaluation. Here, the strategy of measurement is a problem, especially when the CMM is equipped with a touch trigger probing head. The publications do not provide clear and complex recommendations on the measurement strategy, e.g. for the out-of-roundness measurement. In the paper such recommendations are presented for the circles measured with CMM, in particular for their coordinates of the center, diameters and out-of-roundness type. The uncertainty estimation for roundness measurement with CMM is discussed, too. The results of digital simulations and experimental measurements confirmed that the minimal number of probing points is not sufficient. On the other hand, too large number of probing points does not improve the final measurement result. The recommendations for the CMM measurement strategy of a detail with out-of-roundness concerning the number of probing points and CMM accuracy are given as well.

Przedstawiono wyniki badań różnych wariantów szybkiego pomiaru elementów obrotowo - symetrycznych z wykorzystaniem współrzędnościowej maszyny pomiarowej oraz specjalizowanych urządzeń pomiarowych stykowych i optycznych. Skrócenie czasu pomiaru, przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu metrologicznej poprawności uzyskiwanych rezultatów, możliwe jest dzięki opracowaniu odpowiedniej strategii pomiarowej oraz wprowadzeniu własnych rozwiązań np. konstrukcja kła mocującego.

The goal of the presented paper is to work out the measurement strategy with a shortened measurement time but ensuring the required measurements accuracy of round symmetrical details. Nowadays the customer requirements are very high and they force the producers to improve the manufacturing methods and quality control systems. It refers also to the motor and aerospace industry. All details of a truck or a plane have to work long without failures. Therefore, the attention is paid to the accuracy of each responsible detail. The Company FOS POLMO Łódź SA and the Institute of Mechanical Engineering (Poznan University of Technology) have started the joined research program on the strategies of quick and accurate measurements of round symmetrical details. The research is based on the CMM and specialized measuring devices. The appropriate software provides the processing of the obtained data and the possibility to create a correction file for the machining center. It is crucial, however, to work out the measurement strategy with shorter measuring time but ensuring the needed accuracy. As a result of the investigations, the recommendations are formulated, which will lead to rise in the effectiveness and competitiveness of the POLMO Company.
